Pickup Locations & Times
We offer pick up from hotel at Cancun and Puerto Morelos the pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name, please inform us your hotel name after submit. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels,, airbnbs , downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.

Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK . My family and I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. We arrived at 7:45am to wait for a 8am pick up , that did not happen. Every van that came my husband asked the driver if they were going to do the ATV, Zip lining, and cenotes experience and every driver said no. The driver said they were going to Cozumel or the airport. Completely scammed us out of our money. Extremely disappointed. We have proof that we were waiting and the hotel staff can confirm it. Never again will I book with this company. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS.
The driver and pick up person speaks very little English. They were late in leaving the activity with no apologies. The trip took us about 1 1/2 to get to the destination.
Our experience was great. The staff was awesome, very nice, accommodating and there was plenty of staff that spoke english. We were every comfortable out in the jungle.
