Pickup Locations & Times
We offer pick up from hotel at Cancun and Puerto Morelos the pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name, please inform us your hotel name after submit. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels,, airbnbs , downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.

We only wanted to do the ATVs because we were told it was a 4 hour experience but ended up being a 15 minute time experience if that. We ended up doing the horse back riding but one of the houses got away from one of the trainers which caused my wife to panick a little bit. There were a lot of hidden fees once we got there.
The excursion itself was good. We needed more information prior to departure. What is needed to bring. What to look for in vehicle to pick us up
Cenotes were beautiful and fun. We only rode the ATV MAYBE 30 minutes & it wasn’t a real trail. Book another tour and get more bang for your buck.
This place and staff was amazing. I have done stuff I will never do to jumping into a cave that was so beautiful to zip lining into the water. Thank you so much
