I am not able to review the experience because it closed when we were able to purchase tickets through the museum's own website through Fever. We arrived to a locked door, though held tickets in our hands. The museum and Fever have not refunded our expensive tickets and continue to refuse to do so. This is frustrating and wrong. I feel like they stole my money.
