We do pick up from major hotels in Cancun, if your hotel is not a pick up location we will set the closest pick up point. Transportation is only included for hotels in Cancun and Playa Mujeres.

Wonderful experience with Carlos and Emilio! They adapted to the needs of our 7 year old and made sure everyone on the tour got to see the amazing ocean sights.
I did not go on the tour. I received confirmation of the reservation with time and place of pick up within 24 hours of departure. Wisest Tours changed the point of pickup saying my report was not on their pick up route. I would have had to pay for transportation to the closest pickup point. They would not let me cancel so I am out the cost of the trip.

Oscar was an amazing guide! He helped me knock swimming with a sea turtle off my bucket list! My daughter was having some difficulty and Edwardo made sure to get her back on the boat and keep her comfortable. My only complaint is that I was never notified of a pick up time. If I hadn’t called and ask we would have missed our trip. It was very disappointing to think I would have missed such an opportunity due to lack of attention to detail.
The sea was barren of fish. The tour group was overcrowded and therefore each site was in the proximity of other boats and snorkeling was dangerous and the water was too rough to see clearly. My worst Viator experience.

This experience definitely exceeded my expectations. Jesus and his colleague were great at leading the group and I felt safe under their guidance! Riding the speedboats was super fun and ending it with snorkeling was perfect. I honestly felt that the amount of time we had for snorkeling was sufficient for me. Overall, it was a great deal for a two hour trip!

Our guide and boat captain were both amazing. My mom (72) was helped by the guide at all stops and guided her with an extra floatation device. We also had 10 & 12 year olds as well that had no issues. We didn't want the 'party boat' tour with our age range and number of guests and this was absolutely perfect for experience and time (3.5hrs). We will be back without question.

Unfortunately the experience was a bust because of high winds the coast guard cancelled. I was not able to reschedule as we were leaving the next day. My credit card was not refunded.

We got picked up right on time at our hotel and arrived at the marina for our snorkel tour. We got our snorkel gear and a key to a locker. There were many signs posted explaining what to not bring on the boat. It was helpful so we didn't bring much with us. There were four stops on the tour. First was a reef area with lots of fish. Second was a turtle area where we saw three turtles. Next was a shipwreck with lots of fish. Finally was a cenote under the water. All of the stops were amazing, and the guides were so helpful. Once we got back, we showered and changed. When we were done, the attendant showed us the photos and videos from the tour. We also got a free welcome photo. The only thing that was a bit off was the length of time to board the transportation to return to our hotel. The five people in our group had to wait almost 30 minutes to get on the van to leave.
Great time in the water - very safe and a lot of fun. Angel and Eddy and El Capitan at the wheel were great. Swam next to a couple of turtles, hundreds if not thousands of fish. Favorites were all the fish by the sunken ship and on the reef. My wife and I had a great time - small group only 8 of us. Everything went very smoothly.
