Roberto was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The tour was wonderful. We hope to have him again if we book another tour.
It was a wonderful trip, but we spent a lot of money for an excessively long day... 3 hours in bus each way! Guide was very nice but had a heavy accent so a bit difficult to understand all she said. Spent only approx 1 1/2 hrs in each Amalfi and Positano. No time in Salerno. Guide's English was not the best and she gave many directions quickly that made it hard to comprehend all. Food stop for dinner was HORRIBLE food, limited selection, and we took a few bites and threw it away. Worst part was the Drop off location changed at last minute coming back into Rome due to a major summer concert that the Tour Company and Guide should have known about as the stage was already set up at the Piazza where we met at in the morning for pick-up. The entire bus was informed minutes before drop off that we were being dropped off in an area that was unknown to us ... We were told a cab station was 'just over there', which ended up being a major search by many to find cabs to take us home at 10:00 pm. That was very uncomfortable in a strange city.
Horrible journey and suffocating seats.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Positano & Sorrento Day Trip with City Wonders Rome! What an incredible 13-hour adventure we had yesterday with City Wonders Rome on our trip to Positano and Sorrento! From the moment we departed Rome at 8:00 AM, everything was exceptionally well organized, perfectly timed, and stress-free. The entire day flowed seamlessly, allowing us to simply relax, enjoy the breathtaking scenery, and soak in the beauty of Italy’s stunning coastline. A huge thank you to our fantastic guide, Lorenzo, whose knowledge, energy, humour, and passion made the journey even more enjoyable. He kept everyone engaged, informed, and entertained throughout the day while ensuring everything ran like clockwork. Special thanks also to our wonderful driver, Valerie, who navigated the winding Amalfi Coast roads with incredible skill, professionalism, and a calm presence. We always felt safe and comfortable during the entire journey. Positano was absolutely magical, Sorrento was charming, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Marius did above and beyond to make this trip enjoyable and easy. It was a VERY long day starting at 7:20am and returning at 10pm. The boat ride is by a public ferry company which was very hectic and not well organized but Marius ran back and forth to make sure the entire group was on board of the boats. If City Winders could organize a private boat tour (even if it would increase the price) it would have been an amazing trip. 5 stars for Marius giving a lot of information about the region and the itinerary and recommendations for Rome as well, and 2 stars for the boat ride which was not Marius responsibility since it was a public ferry with about 400 people on it.

This tour was great! Our tour guide was very friendly and all the directions were very clear. It is a long day due to travel on the bus but I would recommend.
