Alaska Whale Watching Cruise: 3 Hours on the Water
Description
Our public tour on our brand new 49 passenger vessel! Meet our Guest Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). Each tour includes a dedicated stop to see the Mendenhall Glacier from the water (weather dependent). Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! This 4 hour and 5 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 2.75 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.

Pickup Locations & Times
Upon booking, please make sure that you provide the SPECIFIC name of the Cruise ship that you will be arriving on. There are five docks in Juneau, and we will expect to pick you up from YOUR dock. We must know where to pick you up from ahead of time, as we only have representatives available to meet at docks where we have guests scheduled. This is crucial information for the day of your tour. Cruise ship pick-up Instructions: • We pick up directly from YOUR cruise ship dock in Juneau. No need to walk into town (or take a shuttle)! • The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag holding a blue “Harv and Marv's” sign OR and orange “Alaska Galore Tours” sign.. • Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk in front of your ship on the dock. • DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM - stay at your ships gangway. • Meeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time. If you cannot locate your representative, stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff. Drop off point is the same as your pick up point. No other drop off locations can be accomodated. Any changes to your pick up location must be handled at least 24 hours in advance, and the tour provider must be contacted. If NOT arriving on a cruise ship, please contact us directly for options. We are happy to offer instructions on meeting us directly at our dock (Statter Harbor) or another central meeting location. Please be sure to bring these instructions with you on the day of your tour!

- If on a cruise ship, we MUST know which one. There are five docks in Juneau, we will pick you up from YOUR cruise ship once provided.
- Customers MUST reach out to Harv & Marvs directly to make sure they have the required pick up information. We are not liable for missed tours due to a lack of provided information. This information is crucial to our ability to provide this tour.
- Operates in all safe weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or date or full refund
- We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
- Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking

From the beginning, all staff are friendly and accommodating for a mobility limited member of our group. The captain Dalton, even maneuvered the boat so the viewing was on our side of the boat. The bus driver, Chris, was funny and informative. And our naturalist, Coral, is passionate and knowledgeable about the individual whales. Got some great views and wonderful experience!
What wonderful, enjoyable day with the friendly crew. Nice comfortable boat with plenty of options to see the whale's in the front and rear of the boat.

Captain Dalton, Dale & Kelly were amazing! We had a great time! Great sense of humor, very personable and a took us to all the whales!!!! Hands down the best experience we have had so far on our Alaskan trip!

Alexis and Hannah were fantastic as our guides. Both are very knowledgeable and know their whales personally. Steve, our captain, was fantastic! Our boat, Beacon, was very comfortable, had lots of viewing space both inside and out. Our grouphad maybe 30 people. We got to view a mom, Barnacle, her baby Goose, another lovely Lady Flame. Sasha the whale, was our first to show herself, and even shy, let us see her. Recommend 100%
Great shore excursion experience! Price is more reasonable then booking with cruise. Feel like we got more time on water too. Everyone were professional and friendly. The boat was big and even had a bathroom. Snacks was provided and photos were shared (for those that didn't get any good shots).
We loved our excursion! Small group, saw tons of whales including mama barnacles and baby goose! Loved hearing our tour guide tell stories about growing up in Anchorage.
We had an incredible experience with Harv and Marv tours! We had the pleasure of being on board the Beacon with Stephen, Anika and Coral. The tour was super informative and they did an incredible job educating the passengers and staying safely away from the whales as they fed. My kids 9 and 11 highlighted this as their favorite excursion experience. The bus driver there and back was HILARIOUS too with his dry humor lol
