Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum

We had the best time with Sergio, our wonderful tour guide who went above and beyond the whole tour. We started with ATV, then zipping, then ended the tour in the cenote which included a tour INSIDE and in various cave spots!! This was a great surprise and so cool, it was quiet and private which made it a very personal experience. The food at the end was delicious, and the transportation provided was very helpful.

Staff were weird. The equipment was run down and unsafe. There were no photo opportunities, would’ve loved to get some on the atv but there was no breaks to enjoy the view and snap pics. Logistics was all over the place, even had to take my beach bag purse on the zip line lol. The cenote experience was pretty cool, but that’s about it. Snack was good too (they called it lunch but it was a smaller snack). Being a bit generous with the 2 rating.

Great time and Julio our tour guide was amazing, wish we got a little free time with the atv’s.

The food and water they promised and the atv super slow, boring and short time, lastly the food I could see not try super small, do not go hungry.

The ATVs are super cheap Chinese models that have no steering capability and shut down frequently. Additionally, the ATV-ing is just using them on the road (where you constantly have to slow down and pull over for vehicles) while following one of the tour guides. I would definitely skip this. Also, there is only one zip line in reality and while it's long, it's not worth it. I'd also skip that. However, the cenote was really cool. They try to sell you bandannas, water shoes and other items at the beginning. You might need a bandanna but you definitely DO NOT need the water shoes.

We were family of 5 and our tour Lea was very professional and friendly. My family were had a great time.

We went to do the ATV's. The ATV's were in horrible and unsafe condition. Several broke down on our ride. My wife's back wheels wobbled like they were ready to fall off. The ride itself was totally boring. It was on the same road you drive into the place.

I spent a really exceptional day at this activity center. I was able to ride horses, ziplines, quad bikes (ATV) and visit absolutely beautiful cenotes, everything was beyond my expectations. A big thank you to Carlos for his communication. It was thanks to him that I discovered this place, and thanks to his responsiveness that they were able to find me when I had the wrong address. Thanks also to Cris for his work, his kindness and the quality of his support, an excellent guide, very attentive and professional. Finally, thank you to Sergio for his kindness and for visiting the cenotes, a truly magical moment. The staff is lovely and very professional. The food was very good and all activities perfectly organized. You feel that these are real activities in the middle of the jungle, authentic and well supervised. Important tip: really plan all day for this experience. This is not an express activity. You have to enjoy taking the time and participating in activities to get the most out of them. If you are here to experience the adventure to the full, you will not regret at any time. I recommend 100%, without hesitation!

Greedy SOB must own this company. Staff are tired, rushed, unfriendly, unenthusiastic and underpaid. Equipment, especially ATVs in complete disrepair. They hit you up for extra charges and trriniets at every corner or the tour. It’s sad that this tour has gotten this way. I very feel bad for the staff and the state of tourism in this area. I would avoid.

We did the 4 wheeling and zip line and the people were very nice, but the 4 wheelers were beat up and it was a pretty lame 4 wheeler ride. Zip line was really tall and cool, but the whole place wasn’t very nice and kind of run down.
