I was searching for things to do and noticed this tour. This is a really great half-day trip. The pickup spot in downtown Cancun was smooth and the drive was an hour from the city center. I went by myself, but we had a group of 12 in the van which is a smart size so that the activities are not overcrowded. The 10 or so minutes on the ATV was a lot more fun than I expected, and it is honestly a good thing that they require you to put your belongings in a locker because the trail is bumpy and belongings could easily be lost or damaged. Bring your own protective glasses (sunglasses) and a face covering (I just tied my spare shirt around my face), else you will need to purchase one there. The four zip-line course was quick but entertaining, and suitable for all ages. Once again, you keep things in your locker so as to not lose them. I personally do not drink, but everyone enjoyed the tequila tasting. I did not go horseback riding, instead opting to spend more time in the cenote. There is a platform from which you can jump from the opening of the cenote into the pool below. And it is very cool to see all the bats flying around and small fishing swimming. The quick lunch at the end was a nice way to wrap up the day, during which you can review and purchase the photos that the staff took, after which the van takes you back to where you were picked up. I think I spent ~$100 USD between the booking, park fee, taxes, and tip. I really enjoyed myself, and it would not have been as special if it hadn't been for the great team that coordinated everything. Much appreciation to them.
We enjoyed the day our tour guide Sol was wonderful. Activities were fun and well organized. But the pricing is not transparent when I made reservation they said one price and when you get there they charge us another amount of money as much as the initial reservation.
The excursions itself were good - we did the zip line, cenote & atv. However they strictly enforce no phones sorta as a way to force you into buying theirs . The prices for photos were super unreasonable $30 for 2 photos.
Terrible had to pay 2 times and it cost double when you think it's a better rate never use them again had so much problems when we got there only to find out we need to pay again
Horrible money hungry people
Me and my wife been in Cancun for the first time and we booked this trip. Everything was so great. Pick and drop off was smooth. Car was so clean and friendly driver. Our group instructor, Mar was so sweet and informative. Worth the price.
Customer service is horrible I would never rec this service to anyone . Please book with another company they do not communicate well at all
Aside from the helmets you must pay for Eyewear and face coverings so bring your own. They take pics and offer you the pictures at the end via quickshare say no at first, then they'll negotiate the price. It was rainy and cold when we went but still a fun experience. 4 ziplines, a 10 min at ride, 10 min horseback ride and 20 minutes cenote swim. Two downsides first they tried to charge me for a locker when it was included in the package. Last they went around asking for tips at the end. They walked up to each person and said do you want to tip us? We were planning on tipping anyway. And the transport driver had a sign that said the transportation tip is not included in the package and a huge picture of a $20 USD.
Family fun with friendly check in and guides The zip lines were short but very fun The atv was a nice in and out trail The tequila tasting was a nice touch The cenote was our favorite part with the jump in, swing down below, and gorgeous clear water
My uncle recommended this agency and it didn’t disappoint! came here with some friends and we had an amazing time, the zipline was awesome. definitely doing it again next time!
