The private tour was very good, we got to see all the pyramids and had a chauffeur the entire journey. The guide took many photos and was very friendly. We would have appreciated more information on history of the pyramids and ancient Egypt as we felt that was slightly limited. Additionally, we were not aware before the tour that we were to do a camel ride at Giza, which also included extra cost - this should’ve been communicated before.

The guide came late and plus, didn’t start the tour right after he showed up because he wanted to withdraw money from his bank account. We waisted at least an hour before the actual tour started.

Flexible, Friendly, and Full of History – A Memorable Cairo Day Tour!

We booked this tour for a group of seven and had a fantastic experience overall. The tour company provided a comfortable minivan, complete with a skilled driver and a patient, English-speaking guide who made the day smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was the flexibility of the itinerary. Originally packed with pyramid stops, we requested to swap out a few for other sites like the Citadel—and they accommodated us without hesitation. It made the day feel personalized and much more aligned with our interests. Lunch was a bit of a mixed bag. We arrived around 2 PM and were directed to the upper floor of the restaurant, which had limited food options. When we asked to go to the ground floor (where more options were available), they agreed—but seating was only available outside in a tent with no air conditioning or fans. Given the heat, we opted to stay upstairs and make do with the limited choices. Not ideal, but manageable. Our guide was patient, knowledgeable, and even gave us tips on how to pose for photos at each site. She took plenty of pictures for us, which added a fun and memorable touch to the day. Despite the lunch hiccup, this tour was a wonderful way to explore Cairo’s rich history with a team that truly cared about our experience.
