The driver-guide will: • Be waiting inside the arrival hall • Hold a clearly visible pager/sign displaying the lead traveler’s name • Be dressed in professional safari attire • Escort guests directly to a branded 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser clearly marked with our company logo For hotel pick-ups, the driver will: • Arrive at the hotel reception at the confirmed pick-up time • Ask for the lead traveler at the front desk • Be driving a branded 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser with our company logo If guests experience any difficulty locating the driver, a 24/7 emergency contact number will be provided in advance for immediate assistance.

Joshua and Martin went out of their way to make our trip memorable, they both have a wealth of knowledge, i had a bad back therefore Martin our driver made sure i was looked after comfortably getting on and of the 4 x4 jeep
