Pickup Locations & Times
Guests will be picked up from their hotel, residence, airport, or any agreed meeting point within Nairobi. The driver-guide will contact guests prior to pickup to confirm the exact pickup time and location. Guests should be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For airport pickups, the driver-guide will be waiting at the arrivals area holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. For hotel pickups, guests are requested to wait in the hotel lobby.

I had an incredible experience from the moment my solo trip began until the very end. Everything was perfectly organized, including transfers, accommodation, game drives, and all the logistics, allowing me to simply relax and enjoy the safari. My guide (John) was knowledgeable, friendly, and had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife. I was fortunate enough to see the Big Five, along with countless other animals and breathtaking landscapes. Every game drive was exciting and unique. The accommodation was comfortable, the staff everywhere were warm and welcoming, and the entire itinerary was well planned by Joy. Communication before and during the trip was excellent, and the team was always available to help with any questions. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and i couldn’t have asked for a better trip. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning a Masai Mara safari.
