Leap into four different cenotes (flooded sinkholes) amid a jungle oasis in the Yucatan – all in one day! Rappel and zipline over rock walls into the crystalline springs, and explore the caverns by kayak, snorkel and inner tube. Enjoy delicious snacks plus a gourmet picnic lunch amid splendid natural surroundings and hear about ancient Mayan legends of mythical guardians that protect these sacred waters. Itinerary
Visit the park of Xenotes Oasis Maya and explore four phenomenal cenotes in the Yucatan jungle, each calling for a different adventure: rappelling, ziplining, kayaking and snorkeling. Learn from an expert guide about cenote formation, and admire the various physical attributes of each type of sinkhole. During this fun flurry of activity, hear about the mythical spirit-guardians that protect these cenote sites. Enjoy cookies and chocolate after each cenote adventure, as well as a scrumptious gourmet picnic lunch.
Instruction and Breakfast: Fruit, hot and cold beverages and bread.
K’áak’ | Fire Cenote: It is an open cenote surrounded by jungle, it is a wonderful landscape of vertical walls upholstered in various shades of green of its vast vegetation, ideal to admire while swimming or relaxing on an inner tube.
Iik’ | Wind Xenote: It is a very old cenote, known as the ancient cenote. Here you can glide on fun zip-lines to splash down in its waters, or even cliff jump seven meters high.
Lu’um | Earth Xenote: It is a closed or cavern cenote and it connects with the aquifer mantle through tunnels major caves. Due to its young age, the cenote is almost covered. Yoou get to it though the cavity in its roof, descending by assisted rappel to its cool waters, allowing you to enjoy its beauty from another perspective.
Há | Water Xenote: It is a semi-open cenote, with beautiful aquiatic flora and rock formations ofgreat beauty. Here an exploration swim is realized to admire its underwater gardens, as well as a relaxing kayak ride
Jungle Picnic: Includes soup, a cold bar of meats and premium cheeses, variety of rustic breads, dressings, salads, water, wine, and beer

Pickup Locations & Times
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

- The Voucher schedule is informative.
- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya and if your hotel is not in our routes we are going to confirm the pickup at the nearest point available.
- Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
- If by the time you had confirmed your purchase you do not have your hotel name, you must call us at least 24 hrs before your visit day to arrange your pickup.
- This visit is not recommended for people suffering from cardiac, pulmonary or spinal problems, asthma, diabetes or hypertension, or for pregnant women.
- Also keep in mind that due to the location of the cenotes is in the middle of the jungle, mobile phone service is probably unavailable, some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
- The average temperature of the Cenote water is between 75 and 78°F during the year.
- Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs)
- We accept changes of visit dates from one day to another with the restriction of one day before.
- Your safety is essential for us so the use of life jackets is mandatory for water activities.
- Some activities have a check point for health issues
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

Aldo was a charismatic comedian that made the tour worthwhile. For US$143 we got the full Mayan experience and got to zipline, swim, cliff dive, rappel, kayak and snorkle in cenotes the whole day, followed by sharing a hearty meal. The drive was upwards of an hour, often on bumpy roads but the vibes were great. We got a really good group of 12 that got along which really added to the excursion. The surroundings and natural beauty were absolutely stunning and there are considerable conservation efforts. Most sunscreens and deodorants have to be washed off before getting in the water, water shirts and shoes are sold on site. Beware of animals since this is the jungle, we saw a cute tarantula. Best for adventure seekers.

This was such a worth while experience. You get to kayak, snorkel, zipline, rappell, cliff jump, and explore so many cenotes. It is an all morning and afternoon activity, but they do include a snack and a lunch in between different cenotes. I really enjoyed my experience and especially my tour guide Emmanuel and photographer Erick made the experience that much more special.

Aldo was the best tour guide. He was very funny and friendly and he got us to and from the cenotes safely and quickly while avoiding the crowds. The activities were very fun and beautiful, and everything was timed very well. No activity was too long or too short, and the food was good. Our whole family left more than satified, definitely a highlight of the trip. Overall, this excursion was well worth the money, even more so if you get Aldo as your guide.

We had an amazing time on our Xenotes tour! It was such a fun experience for our whole family, and the xenotes were absolutely beautiful. Esli our guide made the day even better.
