Amazing experience - one I will remember for the rest of my life!

The adventure started from Nairobi and reached Masai Mara. The guide took us to a wonderful place where thousands of wildebeest and zebras were on the move - and we even saw a river crossing! I can't describe what I saw in words. Accommodation was very comfortable, food was fresh and tasty. The car was open-roofed - perfect for photography and viewing. The guide was very knowledgeable and caring, explaining the names, habits of each animal. I got a lot more than money. Those who want to go on a safari for the first time - I definitely recommend this tour.

Awesome service

I have tried 4-Days Of The Great Migration Safari multiple times and I genuinely love the method. By having conversations with multiple travel professionals, you can assess the pricing and services and make the best decisions. We have had nothing but great experiences with Bencia Africa Adventure's excursions, and they work with top-notch travel companies.

Highly recommended.

I travel a lot, so I'm used to organizing my trips. This time, I decided to use Kenya Ambosseli Safari from Naibori. Their level of service was really impressive. They make sure you get what you pay for and are always available to answer any questions. They seem like they've been in business for a long time, and they radiate professionalism. I've given up to let them plan my future travels. Highly recommended.

It’s a miracle we didn’t die

First of all, I want to confirm that we booked the tour with this company via Viator, just incase they claim we didn’t book it with them. We paid a total of $1793.50 USD after $315.50 discount for 2 people for a 4 day great migration safari tour from Nairobi. That price is not the cheapest on internet. We purposely picked something a bit of an average price, hoping for some good experiences but what a mistake. 1. The car is horrible condition. It’s a lot worse than other cars I saw in Masai Mara from other tour companies. Pls check the photos below. 2. On the second day, one car wheel fell off before lunch time. Thank god it didn’t flip. For rest of that day, we had to change between 4 cars to make it back to our lodge. The whole thing of changing cars was so frustrating. Those cars already had their customers and we squeezed in. And there was 7 of us in our group alone. There wasn’t enough space for everyone. One of the guys had to sit on the floor. 4 people had to sit on a row of 3 seats. I was extreme upset. We didn’t pay to be suffered. More than half of our day was wasted. All we did were waiting to be given a ride from different cars one by one. 3. On the third say, we got another car with a different driver. Smoke came out from inside the car TWICE. We all got so scared and had to jump out of the car. Luckily there was no lions around. The guys in our group had to help the driver to push the car. 4. Drivers are constantly on the phone, even on highway. I have nothing good to say about this company. They ruined my first safari experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone due to safety reason. There are other companies less expensive with nicer lodge and better car around. We only found out after. You just need to do some research. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

It’s clear that your experience fell short of the high standards we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort you faced. Vehicle Condition: We take vehicle maintenance very seriously and are disappointed to learn about the condition of the car you were provided. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we will review this matter with our team to ensure such issues are addressed promptly. Vehicle Breakdown and Inconvenience: We deeply regret the disruption caused by the vehicle breakdown and the subsequent inconvenience of changing cars. This is not the service we strive to deliver, and we understand how frustrating it must have been. We will investigate this situation thoroughly to prevent such occurrences in the future. Safety Concerns: The safety of our guests is our top priority. We are concerned to hear about the issues with the car on the third day and the safety concerns it caused. We will conduct a detailed review of our vehicle maintenance protocols and driver training to ensure that all safety measures are strictly followed. Driver Conduct: We expect our drivers to adhere to the highest professional standards, including safe driving practices and minimizing phone usage while driving. We will address this issue with our team to ensure all our drivers maintain these standards. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. One car wheel fell off. Safett Alert

Got this booking with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris. Series of trouble. 1st day: Car driver (also tour guide) picked up at 7am while email from tour operator confirmed pick-up time at 8am and asked to borrow 1200 Keynian Shillings to fill the fuel tank. 2nd day: one wheel car fell off & got transferred with 3 different cars - tired and ruinned experienced. 3rd day: smoke in the car twice - scared!!! Very old cars. Car drivers on phone many times even driving on high way. Animals are great in Safari but you can see them with any of better tours which cares for your safety.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It’s clear that we fell short of providing the smooth and enjoyable safari you expected. Pick-up Time and Fuel Issue: We should have communicated clearly about the pick-up time and any additional costs upfront. This is something we’ll address to ensure better transparency in the future. Vehicle Issues: The car issues you experienced are unacceptable. Our vehicles should be in good condition, and we’re reviewing our maintenance procedures to prevent such incidents from happening again. Safety Concerns: Safety is a top priority for us, and it’s concerning to hear about the smoke and the drivers’ use of phones. We’ll be investigating these matters and reinforcing our safety protocols with our drivers. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Thank you for highlighting the positive aspects of the safari, particularly the wildlife. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.
