Such an amazing snorkeling experience. The water was absolutely gorgeous and the timing felt perfect, not rushed and not too long. Everything was super smooth and easy, including transportation. Daisy was awesome. So friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable in the water. Highly recommend this crew if you’re looking for a beautiful, stress free snorkel trip.
Fabulous experience! The speed boats were easy to drive and super fun for all, our little ones (5 and7) didn’t want to spend long snorkelling but the guides took them back onto the boat and entertained them while we enjoyed the snorkelling. Couldn’t recommend more with young ones
Very interesting as an activity, we drive for really more than 30 minutes and it goes fast so it is very cool.
Poor customer service does not solve problems, we bought our ticket and we were not sent confirmation message and now it turns out that there are no places available and do not know that it is appropriate
You see 4 attractions. Hole/cenote, reef, turtles and shipwreck. The equipment is good, no need to bring your own. Staff is good. Very safe. I saw a turtle!
Great experience. Our guide was so nice and helpful always pointing out the cool animals. Lots of swimming but life jackets are provided. Overall a great time. Would do again.
Deisy was an excellent tour guide. She was very helpful in getting us set up for our snorkel experience. The experience was amazing. We got to see so many cool sights.
We had the tour with Captain Juan and guide Deisy. Had a wonderful experience, the crew is very experienced, especially dealing with our kid. Got to see lots of amazing sea creatures. Definitely recommend.
Upon arrival they fit you with goggles, a snorkel, and fins. You get to test the gear at the pier before leaving. They were extremely helpful and took us to several different spots. Including several coral reefs with a large diversity of sea life, sea turtles, and even a ship wreck! We were on a smaller boat with only 8-10 people so they were very attentive to every person including children. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
wonderful experience for the timid and first timers to advanced staff is beyond attentive and tour is very affordable!
