3-DAY Best Maasai Mara Safari (POPULAR)

Description
DALA AFRICA is an indigenous firm harnessing Kenya's rich tourism and volunteerism culture for good. We specifically invest in creating unique experiences for our clients targeting under-served markets. We exclusively employ locals to provide employment where it matters. We look forward to having you on-board. DALA was originally founded by Dr. Erick Komolo, Kenyan Lawyer and Social Entrepreneur to address youth unemployment and high teenage school dropouts in his rural village in South Western Kenya. We cultivate part of our profits to this mission through MAKLWETA, a charitable trust Dr. Komolo founded.

The rooms and beddings were clean, the staff welcoming, and the food was good with the exception of a day when there was too much spices. Packed snacks combination excellent.
Thank you very much. We look forward to hosting you and your team another time.
The tour was enjoyable to maasai mara for the 3 days charges were fair and worthy the tour. Am looking forward to visit again and again
Thank you very much. We are happy that you and your group enjoyed your stay. Most welcome again anytime.
We did see the big 5, and we did see most of the animals.. the game drive was somehow good. But the driver was only giving explenation for the person in the front seat, and we had to eardrop to understand. The pickup/drop-down planning was bad. We were asked to meetvthe driver at the local market, which is a 15 minutes drive while other persons were picked up from thier hotel 2 minutes away from our residence. Maybe they paid extra tip. On the way back, the driver passed by our residence but even refused to drop us down saying he can't park. Then he dropped some people at thier hotel 500 meters from our building. The sleeping camp was OK but It was super cold at night and the tent windows were broken and can't be closed. even though we were told it is optional, we were asked for a 10$ tip for the driver and some tips for the camp staff.
Thank you for your feedback. We have taken this up and have since replaced the driver. The key thing to enjoying safari is following guidelines on our page and, if not sure, asking us directly. We sincerely apologise for this miscommunication. Tipping in Kenya is optional. It is a question of courtesy and we don't compel our guests to tip.
The room is very clean and spacious. The bedding are also very clean and supplied with free internet. The surrounding environment is very very quiet and neat.I would recommend for anybody who travels to Nairobi to try the place.
Thank you very much for spending your holiday with us. We look forward to having you again..
