Title: Misleading, unprofessional, and a complete disregard for the contract My recent trip to Kenya with Exciting Africa Holidays was a huge disappointment. They completely failed to respect their own contract and withheld crucial information from the start. Right after we arrived, they demanded full payment on the first day. Once they had all our money, we lost any leverage to complain when the itinerary started falling apart. Key details were hidden from us, and the trip we got was not what we paid for. This agency seems great on paper, but their tactics are shady. They take your money upfront, ignore their promises, and leave you stuck with unprofessional staff. Do not book with them unless you want to be held hostage by a company that has no respect for its clients or its word.

We picked this company for our safari honeymoon, and Meta made sure it was unforgettable. Romantic dinners, private game drives, and even a surprise cake! Accommodations were beautifully decorated, the meals delicious, and we saw elephants on our very first day. The transport was private and smooth. Worth every cent.
We expected a basic safari, but Meta made it an enriching cultural experience too. We visited a local Maasai village, ate traditional meals, and still saw lions, giraffes, and wildebeest. Transport was reliable, accommodations eco-friendly, and the insights we gained were priceless. A beautiful blend of nature and culture.
As a birdwatching enthusiast, I was blown away by the species Meta helped us spot. He even had a birding guidebook in the van! Meals were timely, transport was equipped with binoculars, and accommodations were close to nature. We saw over 70 bird species in 4 days. Absolutely worth every cent.
