Zipline To The Falls in Niagara Falls, Canada

The booking time is misleading. A 1.5 hour wait is ridiculous when prepaying and selecting a launch time. So we didnt bother. Lost our $ to Viator. We have ziplined all around quebec and ontario. We will be sharing our experience. Our recommendation is to never prepay! Thank you for the lesson learned. Paul . Napanee, ont.

Our family: 2 adults & 14y/o had a blast on the zipline. We felt safe & secure. The backpack built into the harness is helpful. The people at the top getting us set up seemed like they were having fun which enhanced our experience. The view during the zip is so beautiful. The video package is great quality. Highly recommend.

We waited in line about 2 hours, very slow moving, not well organized. They couldn’t find our reservation at first, so at least two groups were sent in front of us. At the top, divided into 3 sections, well groups behind us went on before us. Then there is an express pass which lets people on as soon as they get up. If it was offered perhaps I would have considered it, just more frustrating as more people go on before you and you’ve been waiting a long time. The zip line was very average, the pictures and videos were the best part if you are willing to pay even more money. I’ve zip lined numerous times and they were all much better. Would not recommend.

Very good experience overall the walking part was the first hour of the tour which really wasn’t that great and the last 30 minutes with the boat, which the boat was the main thing that we wanted to do which is the whole reason why we booked this so if you can find a way to just do just the boat, I would recommend that

Early morning is the time to reserve! Booked at 9 am on a Sunday and walked right on. 4 stars since it was so fast/over so quickly. Liked that there was no pressure to buy photos. Didn’t see a sign to ride again for a reduced rate, so not sure how often that is offered

We went zip-lining around 10:00 AM, everything is well organized, there is even the possibility of getting the video package at the end, it is well thought out, I just found it expensive for a single run.

Over the zip line was a pleasant experience. We enjoyed as a family. Over the top, the crew was great and they guided as well. Only one concern was the wait time after pre-booking was too too long. We almost took two hours in the line, even after seeing the counter right in front of us.. even though the staff look to be efficiently working hard, but I feel somewhere the queue management was lacking. For all we had a pleasant adventure

Great experience if a little daunting. Staff super nice and an awesome experience. Great views and good fun.

Not worth the money, too expensive for 15 seconds of zipline. Service and staff were friendly. Spend your money of a sweatshirt :)
