Your first stop is Skylon Tower, you’ll head up 520 ft. in a glass elevator to the observation deck where you will be treated to an incredible, birds-eye view of all three Niagara Falls, the Niagara River & surrounding area. At your next stop you will descend 125 ft to explore cave-like tunnels at Journey Behind the Falls. This experience is a treat for the senses as you’ll be able to not only hear the falls, but feel them as well. Next jump aboard the 20-minute Niagara City Cruises (Hornblower) Boat Tour (seasonal, operating May-Nov., replaced with Niagara Takes Flight during the winter months). You will sail around the Niagara gorge, get as close as possible to the Falls and feel the refreshing mist. During the final portion of your tour, your guide will take you on a narrated driving tour of the city. Your guide will take you to several points of interest including the Dufferin Islands, the International Control Dam, the Old Scow, Whirlpool Rapids and the Floral Clock

Complimentary pickup/drop-off in Niagara Falls (CANADA & USA) and central Toronto pickup spots. Central meeting point pick-up in Toronto is 120 Bremner Road, Toronto, ON. Please select your preferred pick-up location from the options list after confirming availability. We will contact you 1-3 days prior to your tour regarding a specific pick up time. If you do not have access to phone or email please be ready and waiting 30 minutes prior to your tour start time. If you did not select a hotel and do not require a hotel pick up, please be ready and waiting at your chosen meeting location.

Well worth it. Tour guides helpful, educational and friendly.
This was a huge disappointment. Our tour guide never showed up despite us waiting at the agreed pick up spot for 45 minutes - and other tours being picled up there in the meantime. Other tour guides even confirmed our booking was in the system. Phone support was not helpful and effectively non-existent. A promised call back to sorr out things or find an alternative never happened. I can‘t opine on the tour or the guides but clearly can’t recommend this tour operator due to the weal after sales service. So far, I have also not yet received my requested refund.
Our Guide Pat was excellent. A native with a ton of local history knowledge. On time, friendly and gave us lots of inside advice where to stand and look at the various sites for the best experience.
responsive with inquires and our guides were great and friendly. However the helpdesk gave wrong information twice on the return timing. Having said that I appreciate that they acknowledge their mistake and provide rectification. overall still a good experience

Ebad was a terrific guide - great local insights and info, plenty of time to see the sights, and good tips on how to navigate the crowds. We felt like VIPs scooting through the lines while others were waiting! Our van was comfortable and picked us up right at our hotel. Would definitely recommend this tour!

In depth experience of the falls. You will get to see the falls from three different angles. Up high from the tower, then ground and behind the falls and finally up close and wet from the boat. Just note that the tour and experiences are four hours. With the drive out and back and traffic it is more of an all day affair so just plan accordingly.
