Frank met us early and helped us through every aspect. The experience was exceptional, transportation was comfy and timely.
The tour guide was welcoming and knowledgeable. He explained things well and kept us on track along the tour.
Great guide! Very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. He had a very bubbly and positive vibe.
Wonderful tour. Too bad it was raining and then foggy. Had some misinformation at the meeting place for pickup and was afraid we missed your. But all was resolved. Wish it had been sunny when going up in the sky tower we couldn’t see the falls very well at all But great guides and the next two parts were perfect with better weather
The experience we had was great. Our guide was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Really had fun.
This was helpful but we really were not allowed much time to walk around and shop at each site.
Phenomenal experience! The Falls are breathtaking and the boat ride specifically is exhilarating. The entire tour was worth every penny. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the city of Niagara Falls as well as the Falls itself, both the US and Canadian sides. In my opinion this is the best way to see the Falls, from head on to behind the falls. I travelled with my 14 year old grandson and he had a blast.
They walked us through the lines as needed. Early tours worked great for us. Sabrina did wonderful so say hi to her if you are lucky enough to get her as your driver/guide. We ended up going behind the falls, up the skylon, on the boat into the mist and to the whirlpool. A great memory for us all.
THIS TOUR IS NOT 4 HOURS! I booked this tour w the understanding that it was 4 hours long, as that is how it’s described on their description. Upon arriving for the tour at 11am, the guide explained that we’d get back around 830/9pm. WHAT I jumped off because I planned my day around a 4 hour tour, not an 8-9 hour tour.
Sam was a great guide! Very informative and pleasant.
