Very nice zip line opportunity. Went with family and there is a discount for a party of 8 or more. There are 7 zip lines which takes about 3 hours. Staff is very professional and friendly. It is also very safe with 2 lines of safety provided. Although they say the minimum weight is 80 pounds, I would recommend at least 100. Each zip line gets better and better. I hate roller coasters but zip lining I was fine. My 83 old father did the zip lines and had no problem. We were not able to do the 7th zip line (the best one) due to lightning in the area and they gave us a partial refund.
Staff was friendly and professional, although it was a rainy day. It went extremely well better than expected. Friends said best experience ever.
Great experience zip lining! Our guides, Alex and Audrey, were very professional, with safety as #1 priority. And they also made our zip lining SO VERY FUN!
This was an EXPERIENCE! Guides Garrett and Alex led us through seven zip lines that got progressively higher and longer. Three suspension bridges and a short hike were also part of the tour. Can’t say enough about the safety, the encouragement, and the exhilaration of flying through the passes.

I paid over $200 for the zip line canopy tour. My kids were very excited! When a thunderstorm rolled through they canceled the tour, even though the sun came back out. Fine. When I asked about getting my money refunded they told me that wasn't their "policy", they could offer me a weather voucher. I explained that I lived over 6 hours away and the voucher would be useless, the woman's response was to read me the weather "policy" and then suggest I could just give my vouchers to someone at my hotel. They were entirely unprofessional and embarrassing. Any business that chooses to simply pocket a customer's money when no service was provided is a scam. STAY AWAY!
My wife and I have gone to different zip lines on the east coast and this one is the best! From check in to going through the course of 7 incredible zip lines it was breathtaking,fun and our guides (Katie & Audrey) were amazing !,
I love doing Zipline. I always want to do as much as possible long ziplines and different courses. This was amazing. 3 hour tour is satisfying. 7 Zips, four bridges. From 1 to 7, it was getting longer and faster. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. Our tour guides, Morgan and Garrett, were friendly, communicative, patient and helpful. They constantly checked our safety.
Our group of 5 was joined by another 4 - our guides Zack and Garrett were top notch! The zips are great, and they made the trip very enjoyable.
