Meet your professional guide at your central Shanghai hotel. Enjoy the comfortable ride to Zhujiajiao water town, one of the best-preserved ancient towns near the city. Choose the flexible morning or afternoon departure based on you schedule. Upon arrival, begin to explore the town with your guide, spend some quality time to visit the old stone paved alleyways, walk up ancient “Fang Sheng Bridge”, see interesting local street markets, historical landmarks, colorful handicrafts etc. learn the fascinating custom and culture from your knowledgeable guide. In addition, you will enjoy a relaxing gondola ride( Boat ride at your own costs if needed).

Famed as the “China Town” in Shanghai, spend fun time explore the area with its charming Ming and Qing Dynasties architecture, take a walk at nine lucky zigzag bridge in the middle lake of the town. Choose to visit the elegant ancient Chinese garden built more than 5 century( Yu garden close on every Mondays), immerse yourself in the beauty of the classic gardens dotted with ponds, pavilions, exquisite rockeries, trees, flowers etc.
Next head to Pudong New Island in Lujiazui, marvel at the spectacular skyscrapers and enjoy the nice walk along the sky bridge and set your cameral ready and take the wonderful photos in front of Oriental Pearl Tv tower, Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, Jinmao Tower. If a nice clear day, choose to go up to one of the top observation decks and enjoy a fantastic bird-eye view of the mega Shanghai city.
Make a stop at the must-see attraction at Bund, take a relaxing scroll along Huangpu River and take in the most fabulous city view with both old and new architectures from 20th to 21st century.
You may opt to choose to visit the famed Jade Buddha Temple. The visit to Water town was the excellent, thanks our terrific tour guide Linda. From our pick up at the hotel to drop off at the end of the tour, Linda was informative and very helpful, knowledgeable and offered great support to our family. The walk through the town was great and tea ceremony was a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour and Linda.
Awesome experience. We had the chance to experience a boat ride to see the town. Linda our tour guide was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. We managed to visit the all places we wanted to see. I will book again with them given the chance we go back to Shanghai.
Really worth the private guided tour for basic three reasons. First you can adjust the time-plan to what you like most. Second, as a european tourist you need a lot of explanation and background history in order to understand what you see, and third there is a lot of extra talk to be done with local guide that cannot be done in group. This was a lovely and peaceful day tour wandering around Shanghai and water town. Our guide Sami was wonderful and really helped us explore at a nice pace, and showing us where to get some great street food.

Tour started with picking up write in time and Lea shares with me good info about each attraction and given enough time to explore everything and was really helpful in everything plus she has taken wonderful pics if me. Lea is really a wonderful tour guide and a beautiful human being. Hats off to Lea making my tour an unforgettable journey.
This was a nice tour of Zhujiajiao, as well as a visit to the old town of Shanghai and a brief stroll through the French Concession. Unfortunately, traffic was bad, so we weren't able to do much else, but just the visit to Zhujiajiao made it worth it. Lily was my guide and she was very friendly and informative. I learned a lot about Zhujiajiao, Shanghai, and Chinese culture. Highly recommended!
Annie was simply the best!! She arrived on time to our hotel and we had the most wonderful experience with her. It was our own guide and driver throughout the whole tour! The car was very comfortable and Annie explained everything we needed to know. She asked us what we wanted to do , so we could customize our experience. She even gave us recommendations for the next day and booked an acrobatic show for us. Loved the tour and loved Annie! I if you want a private tour, I highly encourage you to book this one !
The tour guide Sammi was super friendly, easy to talk to and proud to show us her version of the Watertown and Shanghai. The tour felt personalised and tailored to us. It was lovely going to the water town, so peaceful and scenic. Sammi’s recommendations for our lunch were excellent too. We visited the bund and Yu garden thereafter. Definitely recommend this!
We were picked up at our hotel, and our first stop was the stunning Jade Buddha Temple. Next, we went to Zhujiajiao Water Town which was beautiful. Our tour guide, Annie, was enthusiastic, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. Her stories made the sights even more captivating. We learned so much about Chinese history and Shanghai! Our driver was attentive and made sure we comfortable and looked after. We also visited Yuyuan Old Street, Yuyuan Garden and The French Concession. Overall, this was a fantastic tour, with an amazing tour guide, Annie, who made this a memorable and extraordinary experience.
