The best experience of nature's beauty, our guide Sara is excellent at all aspects, a place and feelings to remember forever
Plitvice Lakes was absolutely breathtaking! The scenery, waterfalls, and crystal-clear water were even more beautiful in person. A special thank you to our guide, Tomislav, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a must-visit place in Croatia!
An outstanding, breathtaking experience of magical views, lovely nature paths, but also intense hiking (the heat made it quite challenging). Suggested 100%! Sara was very helpful and kind with her instructions and massages. Tomislav is a great guide, he knows his profession quite well and most importantly he loves nature and animals! With him we had funny, but also educational conversations. We wish him the best!!!
Great trip, really exceeded my expectations. The tour guide marco was lovely and really enjoyed his humour in the trip. Was great value for money and didn’t feel rushed.was lovely to get a nature escape from the city
This was awesome. Our guide gave us the best experience possible. We were able to see all of the park without waiting in many lines.
It is fantastic and easy. Organized in such a way that anyone regardless of age can do it The guide Sara is unbeatable. She leads gently but is strict with the schedule
Amazing trip, great guide. Overall super nice!
Excellent organization by our guide! He was really mindful and helpful throughout the trip, taking into consideration our needs and difficulties. We recommend this trip 100%. P.s. Wear comfy clothes (especially shoes) and bring with you a few water bottles and snacks, since there is only one stop with kiosks etc inside the park!
My personal experience was not entirely positive. We encountered problems with the transportation, and there was no exhaustive clarification regarding the lunch time. We had to wait until 4:00 PM for a sandwich.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Yes, it is true that we experienced a minor mechanical issue with the bus. We operate 3–4 vehicles every day between Zagreb and the National Park, covering approximately 300 km per trip. Unfortunately, situations like this can occasionally happen, and in our case, this was the first time in over three years of operating this tour. We hope you are feeling better now, especially since you left us a 3-star review despite the fact that we resolved the issue within one hour. While you were waiting, we provided complimentary drinks at a nearby café as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, and the tour continued as planned shortly afterward. Regarding lunch, we normally stop around 2:00 PM at the designated resting place inside the National Park, where guests can purchase sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, and other food options. It is true that lunch was a little later than usual due to the unexpected delay, but we cannot be responsible for guests who choose not to bring their own lunch or snacks. The day before the tour, we specifically contacted you and recommended that you bring some food or snacks. Unfortunately, you chose to ignore this advice. You are an adult joining a 10-hour day tour. If you choose to come unprepared, that is simply not our responsibility. Once again, we appreciate your feedback, and we are glad we were able to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. However, we feel that your review does not fully reflect the efforts made by our team, the information provided to you before the tour, or the quality of the overall experience.
A very nice guided tour. Not too long and not too short either. Our guide Marco did a great job and gave us a lot of interesting information without it getting boring. The nature with the lakes and waterfalls is breathtakingly beautiful!
