We got up crazy early, waited outside ready to be picked up…….. never showed up, never answered the phone. Eventually they called back like ten hours later and said they could come pick us up another day but it was too late we had limited time. Thank god Viator was amazing and refunded us completely, Viator was amazing throughout the whole process
The trip was perfectly organized. We were picked up from the Riad on time and taken to the ALADIN desert camp. We had 2 wonderful days there, riding into the dunes, eating the best food and very comfortable accommodation with our own shower. We had a lot of fun with our guide Jouad and the driver Abdoul and were even entertained by Berber music around the campfire. All in all, we had 3 wonderful days in the desert that we will remember fondly for a long time to come.
Do not book this trip, it is a full out scam. The details and price are not representative of what’s included. I wasn’t picked up on my first day. I contacted Viator multiple times who weren’t able to reach the vendor, so I lost a day on my trip. Eventually the vendor answered and couldn’t speak English so I had a hotel staff member speak with him. The vendor said transportation was not included and that it would cost another $600-$700. I cancelled and asked for a refund. Viator ultimately gave it to me, which was helpful, but it cost me over $100 of long distance fees to complete that. Overall, terrible experience. Save yourself the time, money, and uncertainty.

It was an amazing experience. Our tour guide Mohsine and our driver Mohamed so kind and they made sure we had a good time. The trip was well organized and we saw a lot of beautiful places that we did not expect. All the activities were really great, the stay at the hotel and camp was very good and the food was delicious. I would recommend this trip to everyone!! I couldn't believe how much you get for the price you pay.

A very scenic drive through the Atlas mounrains with a stop in a traditional Berber village then through the desert ,stopping for tea with the nomads.The first night is in the small town of Zagora and the next at a camp in the big sand dunes of Erg Chigega.The driver Zayed was excellent and guide Mohsine speaks good english (also french and spanish) and was very helpful.The food was delicous traditional tagines.I thoroughly recommend this experience.

Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. Thanks to them, I had an unforgettable adventure and gained a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Moroccan desert. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.
We took a 5 day journey (2 days in the desert) with Mohisine as our guide and Zaid as our driver. from Marrakech we visited a Kasbah on our way to Zagora, where we stayed at the Riad Lamane. The Tour to the desert exceeded my expectations, stoping at various interesting places on the way, buying local produce, having a tea ceremony with a nomad family and enjoying a good meal! Arriving at the camp with nice accommodations, we had a rather windy afternoon which made riding on camels even more of an adventure! The evening ended with a nice meal and good live music :-) On the next day we took a walk on the dunes enjoying a beautiful sunrise. Being two female friends, both over 60, we always felt safe and well taken care of. Would I recommend it: definitely yes! Both, guide and driver, were friendly, knowledgeable and did their best to accommodate every wish. Thanks Mohisine and Zaid: you showed us your culture and country with pride and love!
