Enjoy bird’s-eye views of Morocco’s deserts and the foothills of the Atlas Mountains on a sunrise hot-air balloon ride from Marrakech. Ride to the launch spot in the early morning. Then, land safely back on ground to enjoy a tasty Berber breakfast. A flight certificate to commemorate your balloon ride is also included. Rise early and leave your Marrakech hotel with your guide. Relax inside the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to the launch site in time for your balloon ride. On arrival, boost your energy with pastries, tea, and coffee and look on as your experienced crew prepares your balloon. Climb into the spacious basket for takeoff. Thrill as your balloon rises into the skies and ogle the aerial views of the desert as you float through the air. Take photos of the rocky valleys and peaks as your pilot steers your balloon over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Touch down safely back to ground then, take a seat in a tent overlooking the mountains and savor a delicious breakfast of Berber staples such as cornbread, pancakes, olives, fresh fruit, and mint tea. It is pleasant. Very kind driver. Pre and post reception were well organized. Hot air balloon pilot was excellent.
Myself & my daughter booked this trip while we were staying in Marrakesh. We were told our pick up time at 6pm the night before. Although I’d booked the sunrise flight (flight 6:30) we weren’t picked up until 6am. It took us about 30-40 mins to arrive. It’s a VERY bumpy journey but our driver was careful. We were taken for coffee & croissants first (time was 7am) then waited around for 45 mins. We were then driven to the balloon. We waited around for another 15 minutes for the balloon to land. Once we got into the balloon (wear trousers or shorts because there’s no way of getting into the balloon lady like) our pilot Lena was lovely and made us feel safe & welcome. We took off at about 8.20am so definitely not sunrise! The flight was lovely & Lena explained a bit about the area etc. Landing was a bit rough but you’re told to sit down & brace yourself. We were then taken to a tent & given breakfast which was nice but we were all sat on top of each other. After about 45 mins we were driven back to our accommodation. All in all it was a nice trip but please be aware that when you think you’re booking a 6:30am flight (to see sunrise) you’re not and by the time you’re told your pick up time it’s too late to cancel without loosing your money. Also, it’s a 5 hour trip when you’re only in the air for 30-40mins so if you don’t mind waiting around then this trips for you.
The overall experience was good. But communication was vague at best. However the drop off afterwards was appalling the driver missed our stop then dropped us off in the middle of Marrakesh leaving us to find our way back

Beautiful views, food and our Balloon Pilot was friendly and professional. Only downside this whole excursion was just under 3 hours, when the advertised time is 4 hours.
Excellent balloon ride and experience. Only issue was late arrival of pickup by 25 minutes with no communication until much later. Pickup was 3:50 am for 5 am booking. There was no apology or explanation. The message said bus would leave after 5 minute with making it look like a timely pickup.
OMG. You have to do this, it was the most amazing experience ever... Everything from organising ,pick up to the welcome drinks and snack , the balloon ride watching the sunrise , to the breakfast after ...the people were so friendly and welcoming and was just the best experience... worth getting up early for ... Don't think just book it ....
Not recommended at all!! While the actual experience of being air , taking off and landing was amazing and very smooth, the provider was not very communicative. One man what’s app messaged me asking me if I can meet at the base while another message asked me to give the road where I was staying so they can pick up closer. When I had initially tried to use our riad for pick up the app said it was not available. This was very confusing until they confirmed they will pick closer to our riad. Then the driver was 20 Minutes late to pick up plus we waited 15 minutes to pick up someone else who didn’t show. Then after we arrived at what seemed like the airfield, where there were refreshments served, no one including the driver knew where we had to head to actually get in the hot air balloon. One of the gentleman who was also with us in our car as a tourist had to run around and figure it out. They claimed it was to be sunrise hot air balloon but the sun was already up, us completely missing the whole point of doing this at sunrise ! Then the breakfast - it was subpar at best and so I wouldn’t recommend this provider at all!
Captain Noor and her crew were absolutely fantastic. The experience was surreal and we really enjoyed it. Cpt Noor flies with a beautiful smile and a willingness to be available and open for any questions and she willingly took so many pics with us and of us during the flight and afterwards. I highly recommend ppl to tick this off their bucket list whilst in Morocco and book their experience with Cpt Noor and her crew. The initial light Breakfast was a delicious fresh croissant and selection of cold and hit drinks. I forget what we got once we completed the flight but I know it was nice. A big big thank you to Cpt Noor and her crew.
