Martina was the perfect guide. Arrived early and walked the 3 of us around the city, old and new. Great English and happily to venture off into other areas of interest to us. She pointed out some great local spots and other points of interest for us to visit later, which we did.
Martina was lovely, and super informative. She was sensitive to the needs of our young kids too- the ice cream recommendation was fantastic. I was left with a strong respect for the history of Prague, and the kids were fascinated by the gruesome aspects too. This was well worth the money, and the tour can be adjusted to your interests... I recommend it!
Dear Elizabeth, Thank you very much for your kind words. I am very happy you enjoyed the tour and that your adorable girls had a good time too. If you ever come back to Prague, let me know, I will be happy to show you around again. All the best to you all from the heart of Europe! Martina
Our guide Martina was very knowledgeable and told us so many interesting things about Old Town. It was geared to what we wanted to see which made it a very good tour. If you are considering this tour, I highly recommend it.
Dear Ellen, thank you so much for your kind words! It was my pleasure to meet you and show you the city. If you ever revisit Prague, please, get in touch. Kind regards to all of you, Martina
Martina is very knowledgeable and personable. We were only two in the tour and in addition to seeing off-the-beaten-path sites, we could verbally explore more of the history of Prague and its influence on life in Prague today. We highly recommend doing this tour.
Dear Nina, it is so nice to hear you praising the tour. I am very glad that you enjoyed the time with me and I hope to see you again here in Prague.
Martina was on time to lead our group of six on a special tour of the intimate streets of Prague. She filled us in on history and prepared us to enjoy the city for several days. Martina has a pleasant personality and is passionate about her beautiful city.
We went on this private walking tour in August, and we were so glad we did! Argel was our guide, and he did an amazing job. My husband, daughter, and I had arranged the tour with Martina, but unfortunately, she had a medical emergency right before we arrived. I was so impressed with her husband Argel who emailed us and left a hand-written note at our hotel telling us that they didn't want us to be disappointed and that he would be happy to be our guide for the tour. I urged him to put if off for a few days so he could be with his wife, who was recovering but just home from the hospital. I couldn't believe their dedication. Argel took us all around the Old Town and the New(er) Town, showed us so many sites, and told us so many interesting facts and stories that we never would have known on our own. I highly recommend this private tour. You can go at your own pace, stop when you want to, have a great conversation with your guide, and learn so much.
Dear Diana, thank you very much for your kind review. We are both touched and happy Argel could do the tour with you. We are delighted he contributed to your good memories from Prague. Thank you again.
We had been to Prague a few years ago and were looking to see more of Prague, not just the traditional tourist spots. Martina met us at our hotel (Hilton Prague) and led us on a wonderful tour of some of the hidden gems of Prague. We took the tram part way and then walked along Wenceslas Square and through small streets between there and Old Town. We saw a glass factory housed in an old palace, sculpture, and other interesting areas of Prague. It was most interesting to listen to Martina tell of her own history growing up in Prague. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Martina to anyone wanting a tour of Prague. Wear comfy shoes and don't forget your camera!
Martina provided an excellent tour this morning and kindly accommodated my particular interests, questions, and way of learning. Highly recommend.
