Description
Xplor is a unique underground world, located in the heart of the Riviera Maya that invites you to explore and rediscover your emotions and senses in nature. It is an impressive site ideal for a day surrounded by jungle, adventure and fun. Your all-inclusive ticket gives you access to the park and its four adventure activities in a total of 7 circuits. Brave the heights with the fourteen zip lines. Drive an amphibious vehicle through the jungle, over bridges and between caves. Experience the thrill of rafting down our Toboganxote, a 5-in-1 slide that ends in a wave pool. Underground, swim through rivers of stalactites and stalagmites to discover the secrets hidden beneath.

Xplor Explore the dimensions of the adventure park and its natural beauty: Fly through the air and speed down ziplines ranging from 26 to 148 feet (8 to 45 meters) in height, then land in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes where you can climb suspension bridges. Drive an all-terrain amphibious vehicle through jungle trails and fascinating caves where you’ll marvel at the extraordinary rock formations. Paddle a raft through underwater caves and discover fascinating grottos. Swim along the river between stalactites and stalagmites in this spectacular underground world. Trained staff are on hand to ensure your safety at all times, and all equipment (including lifejacket and helmet) are included. Your admission includes an all-you-can-eat buffet (go as many times as you wish during the day), unlimited fruit-flavored drinks and hot chocolate when you get out of both rivers.

- As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing to the park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor, guest or staff member.
- The minimum age recommended is 5 years. Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office)
- Children over 55” m but under 12 years of age, must present identification to verify their age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bring insect repellent free of the following chemicals to be use in the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane
- Bring cash for incredible souvenirs purchasing.
- The park operates in all weather conditions, Please wear comfortable clothes and watershoes. It is recommended to bring a change of clothes.
- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
- You can get to the park by using the local transportation system "Colectivo" or by taxi.
- It is not possible to make the change of date the same day of your visit
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

I had an amazing experience at Xplor park. I will definitely be back. The staff was very nice and always checking in on our comfortability and ensuring our safety for the activities. I highly 10/10 recommend, you will not be disappointed. This is the first time I have had this much fun in a very long time. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, partner or solo you will not be disappointed.
Wow! What a fantastic place. We had a blast. 17 zip wires are insane, the water slide is immense and the cenotes amazing. So well organised and the only long queue was the water slide but it was worth it. Time your trip. Get in at opening and get to the first zip wires that way you can get through without waiting. Will take just under 2 hours. Next water slide as it is really busy in the afternoon. Then ATV which are great fun. Then food which is brilliantly organised and loads of choice. Afternoon cool down in the cenotes. Family of three had a great time.

The lines from the entrance to the attractions are terrible. I recommend you start with the Toboganxote, then the zip lines, and then continue through the park. The buffet was very delicious and well organized.

Excellent organization, the only thing was the slide was very slow and we couldn't enjoy it

Very fun park, to be done at least once, fun zip lines, buggies even more so, and fantastic buffet food; it's a pity the price is a bit high.

My experience was great, the attributes of this park are spectacular, but come prepared, you will walk a lot.

The zipline workers seem like it's their summer job because they have no mastery of their activity (July 2026). During the zipline activity, they separate us to give us information where they take one explorer down to a shorter circuit, telling them that they were going to inform the group. But they didn't notify the others, no one had a cell phone and the group asked at the other lines and no one gave any reason, they just told them, maybe a car will pass by for him now. They caused concern and uncertainty for those who were making the trip.
