When the stars come out, the jungle comes alive with the nighttime adventures that highlight the Riviera Maya natural beauty. You’ll get your adrenaline shot while you are rafting, swimming in a red-lit underground river, driving an ATV, falling in the highest and longest zip-lines in Riviera Maya and also you can swim through underground caves. It’s an all-encompassing outdoor adventure that is the perfect way to enjoy in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or The Riviera Maya. In this attraction the transportation is included. Enjoy the delicious all you can eat buffet which is also included too.

Pickup Locations & Times
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying, "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message through the option on your reservation at least 24 hours before the purchased visit date. - Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. - If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. - Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded. - We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises. - You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide for boarding the bus and to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.. - You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. - The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. - The guides will call out the name of the tour. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours before the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
- Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent
- Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

- According to the indication issued by the Government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, we are forced to suspend activities after 11:00 pm
- In case of a no-show, the tickets are non-refundable.
- Xplor Fuego operation days from Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Subject to change due to official regulations and availability
- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
- Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.
- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- People with food allergies must ask to the staff about the ingredients of the food
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

they are scammers they will take your money and never come to get you at your hotel and now they are saying i never paid i have proof i paid
As a nature lover, I loved the whole vibes and crazy activities! Except for the attendants especially the staffs at the underground river walk, those young staff were very rude for no reason. It’s like they hated their job or just tired overall. They made us watch the replay on the screen 3 times despite us telling them we did already. Offered no other explanation or instructions when they showed us in. We were so disappointed that the restaurants closed at 5pm. We were so thirsty and asked for water but the staff just didn’t care and literally ignored us saying they will open back again at 7pm. Just for a water and they were so stingy. On a positive note, the rest of the rides are okay. Ziplines, very hard lol. We didn’t know that you have to walk and climb a bunch of stairs to do it. We were all fit enough but man, that was tiring. Overall, it was a nice experience just the staff making it weird but hey, at least the dinner buffet was great!

Highly recommend Xplor. We had a fantastic time here . So glad it dark when I done the zip line's , I couldn't see how High up I was😅. Atv was a great experience. Food was really good at buffet. It was nicer than food at The Royalton where I stayed! Got photo package and was delighted with results.
