The Fiesta is part of the Mexicans culture and Xoximilco Park is the perfect place to live a traditional Mexican party with your friends or with your family. After visiting the gorgeous beaches the night invites you to dinner, celebrate and to have the great opportunity to float on a trajinera (floating gondola) through unique artificial canals in Cancun. The colorful trajinera are dedicated to different states of Mexico and during your trip you can taste typical food, drink our famous tequila and dance surrounded by live music. For sure you are going to have an unforgettable and authentic Mexican party night!

You are going to be picked-up in your hotel or at the nearest meeting point available. Then, upon presenting your printed or digital voucher your entry bracelet will be given. Arriving at the park you will live closely with the Mexican traditions, embrace its folklore and feel the way locals celebrate on a Trajinera.

Pickup Locations & Times
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- Because your safety is our number one priority, the name of the lead traveller on the voucher will be the one who is able to redeem the purchase.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Michelle was our captain, and Héctor was our tour guide—both were absolutely fantastic. Héctor was incredibly funny, and made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Michelle did an excellent job as captain and made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout the trip. Hector y Juanito were amazing. They made the time go by smoothly and were very patient with people wanting to buy souvenirs and take pictures! They made everybody laugh continuously there was not a moment where our host was not making us laugh. He continued to make games so that we could bond and as a shy person, I still felt very welcome and had a lot of fun. All the drinks and food/desert came with the admissions fee and it was WORTH IT. 3 hours of pure music, fun, and laughs. 1000/10.

The only problem was the same people we had on the trajinera. The food is excellent, very traditional. The entertainer is very kind and fun. Very good driver, the coffee from the pot is a bit (very) sweet, the sweets are delicious! And overall, it was a very fun and recommendable experience.
