Your ziplining journey starts from Amwaj Towers, takes you across the Marina and ends at the Dubai Marina Mall. During your journey, you would be able to look at some of the most gorgeous buildings of the area.

Very Good Experience, Highly Recommended.
The whole thing is super well organized from start to finish. The staff were professional but still kept the vibe relaxed and fun. Safety briefing was clear and quick, and before we knew it, we were flying over Dubai Marina with insane views of the skyline and water below.
My experience was really nice and safe. The whole zipline activity was very well organized, and the staff were professional, friendly, and supportive from start to finish. All safety measures were clearly explained, which made me feel confident and relaxed during the ride. The views were absolutely amazing, and the experience was smooth and thrilling at the same time. Overall, it was a memorable adventure and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and secure experience.
I have been using Viator for years but this time I had a horrible experience for booking the Ziplining experience. I fell for a scam ,” Selling non-refundable ticket for Ziplining at 340 USD each .” I thought that’s the usual price as I always trust Viator . However, on the same day I found the ticket was available at 190 USD on other platforms. I had to mail both Viator and the local operator “TRAVZI tours “ . At first they both refused to help me and conveniently blamed each other . Viator said ,” the price has been set by our local travel operator “ and Travzi stated ,” It’s the third party operator and market fluctuations “ . Meanwhile, I was horrified that I have lost 280 USD ( 2 tickets scammed for additional 140 USD each ) . I had to warn both that this would be escalated to Dubai consumer court for unethical business practice and I raised dispute case through my bank . I would have let it slide if the ticket price was 10-20 USD more but who charges 140 USD extra over the official price ? It was nothing short of a scam . Viator agreed to refund the price difference and I lost 8-9 USD in the refund transaction. I appreciate the refund of price difference but this a completely unnecessary ordeal that I had to go through . TRAVZI tours took around 3 -4 days to provide me the tickets . I had to text them over and over again . And they had the audacity to say in their text “ We have agreed to refund as a gesture of goodwill “ . Gesture of goodwill because you all tried to scam me for 280 USD !!!!!!!!!!! Note : I learnt that I should always compare the price on different portals no matter how often I use a certain marketplace. To Viator - I have never encountered such a scam . As a trusted marketplace , it’s your responsibility too that you don’t let such scammers be on your site . We travelers are ready to spend money provided we get a value for it and not get scammed in this manner . As for Ziplining experience- The Ziplining barely lasts for 2 mins . It’s an experience but not a WOW experience worth 190 USD . But then again , it’s Dubai and everything is pricey here.

The specific time slot you selected did not have availability at that base rate. - Your confirmed rate included additional services, specifically Photography & 365° Videography, which were not part of the USD 190 base rate you are referencing. When comparing prices, it is important to ensure that the inclusions are matched one-on-one. - You booked a premium guaranteed slot. Premium slots are priced higher to ensure confirmed availability, especially for high-demand experiences. We strongly suggest comparing full inclusions and slot categories rather than making assumptions based solely on a base promotional rate. - After confirmation from Viator, you were offered the option to cancel the booking with a full refund. This option was clearly communicated to you. However, you chose to proceed with the confirmed booking instead of cancelling. - Therefore, there was no scam activity involved. The pricing difference was based on slot category, inclusions, and availability—not unethical practice. The misunderstanding appears to stem from comparing different rate categories rather than identical products. We always aim to maintain transparency and provide clear information. We recommend reviewing inclusions, slot types, and booking conditions carefully before making comparisons across different platforms.
I do not advise you to book anything here, I took 2 tickets, they gave me a voucher right away, but the voucher was for a different date and when we came on the tour, we were told that there were no vouchers for you on any date. For a second, it was my girlfriend's birthday and a surprise for her. As a result, they write to me to pass the verification)

This is an absolute must do for thrill seekers. My wife and my child did it and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. Unfortunately, i was overweight and hence could not be a part. The adrenaline rush that it gives, cannot be put in words. We chose the 360 degree camera option with was an additional 150 dirhams per person; but it was worth the money spent. We are left with a video to cherish a lifetime. Kudos to the team for a safe and memorable experience. Thank you.
