Attention, water lovers! The park is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and has more than 50 attractions. At Xel-Há natural paradise located along the Riviera Maya, you can have an amazing jungle adventure, as you explore a lagoon, cenotes, caves and a hidden beach. You can bike around the lush grounds or simply lay down in an inner tube and drift along the river. And if you love snorkelling, you're in for a treat, because gear is included, with mask, fins and flotation vest. Relax on comfy lounge chairs or take a nap in a hammock. Lockers, restrooms, changing rooms, showers and a towel are available for use. This park is the perfect place for families to create unforgettable memories. Xel-Ha is considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities; in Xel-Ha’s park you can enjoy lagoons, cenotes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. Complimentary lifejackets, inner tubes, bicycles, access to lounge chairs, hammocks and rest areas are included. Slide down ziplines and splash into the crystal clear waters of a cenote or dive into a spectacular cove. Visit Xel-Ha’s vegetation nursery, and marvel at the mangroves and rainforest dotted with orchids. See the apiary of the Melipona bee (with a traditional Mayan harvest of honey twice a year) and learn more about the Mayan culture. The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. 6. Upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. 7. You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Notes: a. Please let us know if you do not require transport. b. We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest, as some hotels have policies that do not allow visitors onto the premises. c. If you do not have a hotel at the time you purchase your ticket, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate your pickup with us. d. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

Honestly, I hadn't tried it, but I loved the experience, I will repeat it to celebrate my birthday. I went with my nephews who were on vacation, but this time I will take my husband so he can experience what I lived. But I really loved everything, it is one of the experiences that you must do at at least twice a year.

We spent a very fun day at Xel-Ha; my 10 and 6-year-old children say it was the best day of their lives. The park's logistics and the staff help a lot to make it a very pleasant experience. I make a special mention of the lifeguard from Sinaloa who helped me and my son at the exit of the lazy river, since we were in a double tube and his support was excellent and respectful.

We went to Xel-há with a 6 year old and 8 year old. They were able to participate in all of the included activities and had a great time. Transportation to and from the resort was easy and comfortable. Xel-há provides everything you need: food, drinks, towels, lockers included in the all inclusive ticket price so it makes for an easy, fun day. I had difficulty downloading my tickets via the link provided by Viator but a quick call to customer service fixed the problem and they sent me a PDF of our tickets. Overall it was such a great experience and we will go again next time we are in the area.

Park is beautiful but slightly overpriced (some activities are not included in the admission fee). Tour guide on the way there was very nice and open to questions. Return drive wasn’t all that great, bus driver explained instructions in spanish and declared “no english”. Was overspeeding and driving like he had no people in his vehicle. Overall, would recommend (minus the return drive experience)

A natural water park, ideal for children and adults. The admission is not cheap, but we had a great time and the facilities and restaurants were up to par.

Fantastic experience. Something for everyone, too bad the day is over. Personally, I thought the cost was really high, especially when you book extras like the Stingray experience. This one was really great. I understood that a lot of income goes to animal welfare and maintenance of the park. Well the entire staff deserve a bonus, so incredibly friendly and helpful. Really a must for a holiday in Calcun region 👍
