- Xcaret Plus Ticket - Includes one lunch buffet. Includes one beer and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, flavored waters, and coffee) while consuming food.
- Xcaret Plus Ticket - Also includes the access to Plus Area facilities (dressing rooms, restrooms and lockers).
- Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. Infants 0-4 years are free of charge.
- Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Snorkelling equipment rental is $10.99 USD (requires a $25 USD refundable deposit)

- It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.

Overall the experience was good, but unfortunately I started the day upset due to problems finding parking. Poor signage led me to the employee parking lot, then worse directions from park staff had me driving around in circles.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I do not recommend it. The nighttime entry is not worth it. We entered almost at 5 p.m. due to the slow access and we could not enjoy the park because most of the attractions were closing. We only did the river, which also smelled like stagnant water. The nighttime show was boring and does not justify the price. Additionally, almost everything has an extra charge (towels, snorkel, etc.) and everything inside the park is very expensive. A lot of extra spending for very little time. I would not buy the nighttime entry again.

En ocasiones, dependiendo del canal de compra o del tipo de admisión, pueden ser necesarios algunos procesos de verificación para garantizar la correcta entrega de los accesos. En cuanto al río subterráneo, nos gustaría mencionar que se encuentra en un entorno completamente natural, hogar de una gran diversidad de flora y fauna. Estas condiciones pueden generar características propias del ecosistema; sin embargo, nuestras áreas acuáticas y el equipo de seguridad son sometidos diariamente a estrictos procesos de limpieza para garantizar la seguridad de nuestros visitantes. Asimismo, algunos servicios y actividades especializadas son opcionales y tienen un costo adicional, lo que permite a cada visitante personalizar su experiencia de acuerdo con sus preferencias. Lamentamos saber que su visita no cumplió con sus expectativas.
