Please write 'Plaza las Perlas' for Playa del Carmen on the address line. For Cancún, please write Base Xcaret. For Tulum, please write 'Aloft Tulum'. Please write 'Hotel Hacienda Morelos' when making a reservation for Puerto Morelos. 2. If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to enter your exact address including street name, street number, house number, county, postcode and city. 3. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. 4. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date. 5. The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. 6. Upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. 7. You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Notes: a. Please let us know if you do not require transport. b. We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest, as some hotels have policies that do not allow visitors onto the premises. c. If you do not have a hotel at the time you purchase your ticket, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate your pickup with us. d. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret. e. Depending on your hotel location, you should expect to spend between 30 minutes and an hour and a half travelling to the park.

Xcaret was one of the absolute highlights of our family vacation in Riviera Maya. We visited with our two children (ages 5 and 10), and everyone had an incredible time. The park is beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and surrounded by stunning nature. Our favorite experiences were the underground rivers, butterfly pavilion, sea turtle habitat, aquarium, and of course the spectacular México Espectacular evening show—it was world-class and the perfect ending to the day. What impressed us the most was the staff. Every employee we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. One staff member went above and beyond to assist our family, making our visit even more memorable. If you're visiting for the first time, my advice is to arrive early and plan your day. The park is much bigger than we expected, and even after spending an entire day there, we couldn't see everything. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water shoes, and don't miss the night show! Although Xcaret is not inexpensive, we felt it was worth every peso. It offers a unique combination of nature, wildlife, Mexican culture, adventure, and family-friendly activities that you simply won't find anywhere else. We would absolutely recommend Xcaret to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya and hope to return again in the future.
The tour was incredible. They pick you and drop you off. Getting the buffet was all worth it. Staying for the show was an incredible experience.
It is a beautiful park, we enjoyed it a lot with my mommy. The number of little animals that you can see, the nature, the activities, everything met our expectations. The food was delicious with a wide variety of food.

During our visit to Xcaret Park, we paid an additional supplement of approximately USD $75 per person for the Adrenalina speedboat experience. Whilst I would like to commend both the captain and our guide, who were friendly, welcoming and professional throughout, the attraction itself was extremely underwhelming. The entire experience lasted only around 20 minutes from leaving the dock to returning, and it was considerably less exciting than the equivalent speedboat experience previously offered at Xavage. Given the premium price charged, we felt this represented very poor value for money. We were also disappointed by the butterfly pavilion, which appeared sparse and contained very few butterflies compared with our previous visit. Another recurring frustration was the park’s navigation. The maps are poorly designed and difficult to follow. We spent a considerable amount of time walking around trying to locate attractions, and we observed several other guests appearing equally confused, including couples openly arguing over directions. Better signage and clearer mapping would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The decision to visit Xcaret was very much worth it. Spectacular experiences. The swim through the river was beautiful, long, attractive; we swam for more than 40 min. The animals, the views, the Yucatecan restaurant, the ceremonies. Everything spectacularly beautiful. I will return, without a doubt, I missed half of the park to see. The show at the end, beautiful, vibrant and exciting. The transportation to and from the hotel was perfect. Our guide was Carlos. Thank you!

The park is worth visiting, it is spectacular. But beware!!! The guide we had was not really a guide; he just picked us up at the hotel and was responsible for giving us useful tips for visiting the park. Once we arrived at the destination, his job was done. This particular one was named Pablo; he tried to push the extra activities that are not included in the entrance fee. He justified it by saying that there were a lot of people and that we would hardly be able to do anything included in the park. That was completely false; if you take extra activities, you won't have time to see the park, I can assure you, and it was not overcrowded at all; you can access everything without any problem. The same goes for the night show; he tried to convince you to reserve dinner because according to him, it was the only way to have a spot, which is totally false; there were plenty of spots available. If you arrive around 6:30, you can even get good seats; if you arrive later, they are not as good, but there are plenty of spots to see the show without having to reserve dinner, which by the way costs 90 USD per person. The show is good, especially the first part; the second part, in my opinion, is too repetitive with so much Mexican music. But overall, it is worth it. Don't be fooled by the guides; they try to sell you everything, and it is not worth it. Unless you have a special interest in doing an extra activity.

When you go to pay, it seems very expensive, and then when you get there and can't see the pumas and jaguars because they are being relocated and you only see a couple of butterflies that surely didn't dare to come out because of the heat, 😂😂 it disappoints you a bit. They recommended that we do the river tour first. Something that should be told to everyone because it was packed and at times it becomes tiring to continue. If it's today, I do it at the end to refresh myself after sweating all day walking through the park. But afterwards, the wonderful surroundings and especially the night show more than make up for what you paid. If you can, reserve the dinner. Prime spots to see the show and food prepared at the level of a Michelin star. A whole experience.
