This is a full-blown walking tour. Having both hips replaced in less than a year made it tough. However, I am also a huge history buff who had a father and at least three uncles in WWII. I also admired Churchill. However, my sister who isn't as much of a history buff wasn't thrilled with this tour. My wife enjoyed it, but if someone in your party isn't into it, don't let them spend their money on something they may not like.
Thank you for sharing your experience and for your service-related family history—it adds a meaningful layer to your visit. We’re glad you and your wife enjoyed the tour, and we appreciate your honest advice about the walking and the history focus. We always want everyone to have a great time, so your feedback is very helpful for future guests to choose the right experience for their interests and needs.
The guide, Rosemary, was not well-informed, insightful or engaging. A self-guided audio tour will do.

For those interested in WWI & WWII this is a must do. The Imperial War museum is fascinating! I wish it got more publicity. Churchill’s War Room - it is a great way to meet the man and experience what it was like to be hunkered down during the Blitz. Our guide, Matt, was brilliant! Informative and personable. A day that we will remember for a long time!
Dear Stephanie, Thank you for your positive feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our tour and had a great experience with us. We hope that you will use our services again in the future. We look forward to welcoming you back on another tour! Best regards. Rosotravel Team
This is an over priced tour. Having done several military tours in Europe this was the least value for money and lack if knowledge. We knew more than the guide and was telling them. If you want to see the war rooms just book directly

Our goal is always to offer insightful, well-researched, and engaging tours led by knowledgeable professionals. I regret that this wasn’t your experience, and I will personally follow up with the guide involved to review this situation carefully. Regarding pricing, our tours include not only entry but also the services of a guide to provide historical context and enhance the experience — but I fully understand if you felt this aspect was lacking in your case. Once again, I truly apologize for the disappointment, and I appreciate your honest feedback, which helps us improve. If there is anything else you would like to share or if you'd like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
The guide was great. It was not a rote droning on of simple facts. However, we booked it from a site promising Churchill War Room and that didn’t happen because it’s NOT included in the two hour version. Something NOT apparent on the web site. When I asked about it they made no effort to make it right. They even told our guide we never responded to them-even though they replied to our response.
Andy was a tremendous guide. Very knowledgeable and insightful. The War Rooms and Churchill Museum is extraordinary. We really enjoyed the tour despite the rainy weather… albeit typical of London!!! Will recommend this tour to friends and family!! Thanks
Phil was a knowledgeable, engaging and excellent guide. The tour overall was very interesting and I highly recommend!!
Keith was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable and we had a great day! Loved seeing the sights as we went along too, was an added bonus.
Alex did a great job letting us know what life was like during the bombing of London during World War II. We walked around London, and so many of the relevant sites and how the government was run. He injected a lot of interesting stories.
