We had a great time and learned a lot! Our guide Christos gave us a lot of information along the trip and was so kind and friendly! He also stopped us by a few sites along the way to learn and take photos! The 3 wineries were great and we learned a lot about Greek wines! Christos made the day and the whole trip complete!
This wasn’t a wine tour, it was a cab ride to 3 wineries. The wineries were lovely and we enjoyed the tastings. The driver was on time and was polite.
This wasn't a wine tour? Your tour was private and the driver took you in 3 different wineries. Your tour driver followed the schedule and Itineray as described in Viator. We do not unsderstand the point of your message. Vehicle was Mercedes e class sedan . Do you complain because the vehicle was a cab? Please clarify. Thank you for taking your time to post a negative report.
Most knowledgeable and attentive host introducing us to the local wineries and beautiful Nafplion.
Long, but comfortable ride from Athens to Nemea. Our driver Christos was great. Each winery is a little different, so the private tours were interesting. Winter is nice because it’s the quiet season. Christos gave us a map and a souvenir book. He also took us up near the old city where there is a nice view.
Excellent. Able to change on the fly when we had schedule trouble and needed to change itinerary. Informative, patient, timely. Thank you Christos!!
We had a great time on our tour yesterday Christos was a great driver and very knowable I would definitely would do it again well worth it
Excellent driver who loves John Wayne. We really enjoyed his company and his knowledge of the surrounding area
We saw beautiful areas of the Greek countryside on this trip. Cristos was an excellent guide. In addition to the wine tours and tastings, he gave us insightful information about Greece and found wonderful historical locations for us to see during the ride to and from the vineyards. A great experience,
We visited three wonderful wineries and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The wines were excellent, the service was first-rate, and each stop gave us a deeper appreciation of the region’s traditions and varietals. Just a heads-up: the wine tastings are not included in the tour price, so you’ll need to pay for those separately. A special shout-out to our driver, Christos. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, happily paused at key tourist sites along the way, and handled the traffic back to Athens with calm precision. He even managed all our bags with real care. Christos elevated the entire day, and we’re grateful for his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.
Christos was our guide and he was great. We did the tour on a Sunday which made it hard on Christos as the wineries were very busy. We spent lots of time at each of the 3 wineries buying several bottles to take home. Each tasting included a small plate of food so there was no need to buy a lunch or anything more. We had a great stop to a castle at the top of a hill with a great view of the area and sea. We also made a couple of additional stops for coffee and canal on the way and souvenirs on the way back. Tour time took 10 hours rather than 9 due to all of this.
