Ryan is a great Somm and Guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. The Winery is beautiful andcthexwine wonderful. The food is so good you could eat your way through the entire afternoon. Perfect timing for an excellent shore excursion while visiting by ship. May I just say I want to come back to Punte del Este for a longer period. Good work Narbona Winery and RYAN.

Excellent experience. Perfect way to experience the local wines and learn about the culture. Charcuterie board was excellent and we also loved the full lunch which we upgraded to. Ryan is a superb host.

The drive to the vineyard passed through different sights and landscapes but the information regarding the area was neglected. Instead, we listened to Ryan's life history which was interesting but my main interest is learning about the places we visit. The vineyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the wine tasting in the cellar which was a unique experience! The game that was played helped us focus on the wines we were tasting, however, we were never told the names of the wines. The charcuterie board was very tasty and the main meal was delicious.
Hi Julie - It's important that you inform us in advance if you won't be participating in the wine tasting, as we could have offered you a different price. This might explain why you found it to be pricey. Please note that this tour is specifically wine-focused; we don't include city sightseeing as part of it. We offer a separate tour that is more suited to your preferences! However, we did provide a detailed explanation of the area on the way to the vineyard. The winery we visited is called Narbona, and we tasted all their wines during the wine quiz. Everyone raved about the experience!

You cannot go wrong spending a day with Ryan. He took our group of five to the Narbono winery for lunch, and a tour of Punte del Este. Besides being a great guide and entertaining, the lunch and wine were fabulous. We were here on a cruise about six years ago and did a tour with him, which is why we wanted a repeat. He did not fail us!!! Thank you so much, Ryan for another unforgettable day!

We had the most amazing time with Ryan on this trip. There were 14 of us from an Atlas cruise and everyone said it was their favorite day tour! Ryan picked us up in a very comfortable roomy van. We arrived at the winery before it opened and we had 4 different wines and an amazing meal. Lots of history of the area and Ryan knows his wine!! 🍷 most bought multiple bottles for the rest of our trip and we were dropped off right at the tender boat back to the ship!! I can’t recommend this trip enough to anyone interested in Uruguay’s premier vineyard!!
