Our guide Veronica was lovely, cheerful and very knowledgeable about the area. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us navigate our way back to the embankment area. Veronica is a gem!

They never showed up for the tour, and we walked a very long way to meet up with them. We waited 30 minutes from the time we had scheduled.
Dear Terrence, We are truly sorry to read about your experience. A situation where the guide does not arrive and guests are left waiting is absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially after you made the effort to reach the meeting point and waited 30 minutes. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we are currently investigating what happened. The guide had officially confirmed this reservation with us in advance, which makes the situation even more concerning on our side. We are carefully reviewing the circumstances internally. We can confirm that the booking was fully refunded. If there are any remaining questions or anything unclear regarding the refund process, we remain at your disposal and will be happy to assist. Additionally, our support team will contact you directly to clarify the situation in detail and, despite what happened, to propose a solution that may help improve your overall experience with our company. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Kind regards, Rosotravel Team
