Margaret River first. Taste our fine, single estate Margaret River wines alongside unique chocolate encased bon bons designed to enhance the sensory experience. Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell, carefully creates each bon bon exclusively for Passel Estate, finding the right spices, textural elements and flavours to complement each accompanying wine. Her delicate creations are not the typical chocolates and are available only at our Tasting Room as part of our guided Wine & Food pairing experience.

Everyone in the tasting room was so welcoming and friendly. We were given amazing information on the property and winery, and even got to compare the 2018 and 2019 Cabernet Sauvignons, which was a fantastic experience.

Very nice and tasty experience. We wanted to do something different as we always had done wine and cheese or other combinations, so wine and chocolate seemed perfect to us! The place is peaceful and quiet, gorgeous views.
The Breweries, wineries, chocolate and nougat in the Margaret River region are well worth a visit. Set in beautiful surroundings of the area.
