Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the Castle with a free multimedia tour. From October to March, visitors can also walk through the sumptuous Semi-State Apartments, which served as the private rooms of George IV in the 19th century.
Travel back in time to Neolithic Britain and come face-to-face with a 5,500-year-old man and over 250 prehistoric objects at the world-class visitor exhibition centre. Visit the mysterious monument at Stonehenge and learn how it was built using rudimental tools and stone from quarries hundreds of miles away, as well as its link to the Summer and Winter solstice.
Our final stop is Oxford, famous for its university; the University of Oxford the oldest in the English-speaking world and has many prestigious colleges and notable alumni, including Stephen Hawking, J. R. R. Tolkien, Bill Clinton and countless others. Some were founded by monarchs, such as Christ Church College, which was set up by King Henry VIII in 1546. Oxford itself is known for its distinctive architecture and holds the unique accolade of having examples of every architectural period going as far back as Saxon times. - Prices are based on departing and returning to a London location within Zones 1-3. Departures and drop offs in Zones 4-6 or in any of the following postcodes can also be arranged at an additional charge of £60 per booking for: UB, HA, WD, EN, IG, RM, DA, BR, CR, SM, KT and TW.
- Prices quoted are based on E-Class Mercedes-Benz or V-Class Mercedes-Benz based on the number of people travelling.
- As Windsor Castle is a working royal palace, sometimes the entire Castle or the State Apartments within the Castle need to be closed at short notice.
- St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle is closed to visitors on Sundays

Robert was a very informed tour guide. He is knowledgeable and experienced. Kalvin, our bus driver, was very professional. He got us safely from place to place. I enjoyed visiting Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford all in one day!
A very positive experience; a competent and reliable guide.
Took the family group of six. Not the youngest group lol. Robert looked after all on the tour and had great stories to share. No complaints from any one. The ride so good weather you sleeper or looked at the surroundings Would do again

Godofredo was an excellent touristic guide, very knowledgeable about the tour to Windsor Palace and Oxford University. He possess very nice communication skills and is able to transmit the messages and information in a very clear way both in english and spanish. Very friendly and good sense of humor. Our driver was Miguel and is also a fantastic individual, safe driver and also informative about the tour during the breaks. Overall was a fantastic tour and I will recommend to my friends!! Thank you both Godofredo and Miguel for such fantastic tour. PS. Something to consider for future tours..., put some music during the breaks while in the bus! 😉

Excellent guide Godofredo!!! A beautiful and very pleasant tour. Highly recommended. Tuesday and Wednesday Windsor Castle is closed, but thanks to that, we were able to calmly enjoy visits to Oxford and Stonehedge. The road has beautiful landscapes of the English countryside. The bus very comfortable and clean. Very good driver. No doubt on the next trip to London we will go with some other tour again with the company.

Kevin was great all around. He of course has loads of knowledge but more importantly can bring the history to life with his keen wit and fun personality. The coach bus was comfortable and easy to get from one location to another. You get about an hour give or take at each of the three locations plus travel time. Our family took away a lot of history and were able to enhance our trip to England by getting to several areas that we otherwise would not have been able to.
