Good. Excellent driver. Beautiful scenery Nice car. Castle is historic and fascinating Travel from London lots of traffic
Hi You have given such a great review but a the same time you have also given 1 star. Seems strange
We had a great time. The castle was wonderful. Our driver was very informative and helpful! We even got to see the changing of the guards !
Oli was so determined that we have a wonderful tour experience and we did! She went over and above her responsibilities to us, catered to our group of 8 ladies, was so caring and engaged in conversation really trying to get to know us. She stayed over the 5 hours with us at NO extra charge and made sure one of our ladies got back to the hotel when the rest of us stayed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this tour with her!! She obviously has a passion for London!
This was not a private tour at all. The only thing private was the transportation. The driver was super nice-Kellun- but we truly got no narration along the way. I wrote before the tour and asked to pay for a guide like the website suggested, and I was assured that the driver knew the British history. Totally NOT WORTH the price per person-over 200 pounds per person. We were also told we would skip the line, but there is no place to skip the line! You get in line with everyone else. Such a huge disapppintment- we only had 2 hours to view Windsor…we were super rushed. The description of this tour is totally different than the experience.
The private trip to Windsor Castle was perfect. The driver was eager to please and very professional. They sent tickets right to my phone so we did not have to wait in line. Really great!
Thank you for your kind review
The excursion is basically a $714 taxi drive plus tip to and from Windsor Castle. You can get the same experience and cheaper with an Uber. The company purchased our tickets for us which we could have done ourselves through Windsor website. The driver basically picks you up and drops you off at Windsor, you have three hours to visit the Castle. Picks you up and drops you off back at your destination. The driver doesn't have anything to say or comment on anything. To get a better experience take a full bus tour or anything else than this tour.
Thank you for your kind review. Our tour clearly states what to expect on this tour. Pick up from the hotel and drop you at the castle. Then we pick you up again and take to Runnymede the site of Magna Carta as well as JF Kennedy memorial site and other places of interest in Windsor. However in your case we have been told that you spent more time in the castle then usual, because of that only a few places were visited after the castle tour.
Driver was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable.would absolutely recommend to anyone. Great experience.
Thank you for your kind review
The guide picked us up and dropped us off without saying a word. When we got to Windsor Castle he just dropped us off and pointed which way to walk. Told us to meet him back here in 2 hours to leave. We didn’t even have time to view all the sites listed in the description. The tour stated we’d have 2 hours to view the castle, 1 hour in the town of Windsor, 1 hour to visit Eton College and 1 hour to visit the Runnymede National Trust. We barley had time to visit the Castle and was stressed because he told us be back in 2 hours. If we would of known this before we booked we would of just taken the train, taxi or Uber for way less money. Very disappointing and ruined the entire day for my family to have to be rushed and miss out on everything that was promised in the description. I hope someone contracts me to discuss further. Very disappointing.
The tour last 5 hours from the moment you get picked from your hotel to the time you get dropped off back at your hotel. It took you an hour to get to Windsor Castle. Then you were informed that, you could spend 2 hours in the castle, because there was other places to visit. But you spent 2 hours and 25 minutes in the Castle, so there was hardly anytime left to give you any tour of the other places. The driver just gave you a quick panoramic tour of the places. in terms of your comment regarding spending 1 in Windsor town 1 hour in Eton college and 1 hour in Runnymede, were did you find this instruction. please read through our product again, and then make complaints. According to your calculations this tour would have lasted 7 hours, instead of the 5 hours stated on the booking.
Kamal arrived promptly at 9:00 am for pickup at our hotel. The vehicle was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable ride to Windsor Castle... which is an amazing place to visit! Afterwards, we also visited Hampton Court Palace. I highly recommend choosing this low stress, luxury, private transportation tour for a wonderful day outside of London.
Thank you for your kind review
Basically a taxi ride to and from Windsor Castle with tickets. Not sure if you could’ve not gotten your own taxi ride and tickets spent less money and receive the same experience.
Sorry you feel that way, But we have delivered the tour. this tour was not just about Windsor castle. We gave you a tour of everything else which was important around Windsor. i do not think a Taxi would have done it.
