Tour and guide not at Abbey meeting spot

Hi 1. I missed Viator email the day before 6/4/26 Westminster Abbey tour requesting arrival 30 minutes prior to tour conf # 1787888903 2. We arrived 15 minutes early due to London tube strike 3 . No JS tour guide or group was at Abbey Shop, I asked tours I saw and abbey guards, no one knew of JS tours. 4. At 11:25 I emailed tour, yes 5 minutes before, no response ever 5. Luckily, the Abbey accepted ticket bar code and we took self guided tour. I am sure we missed key items due to missing our tour 6. I agree the Abbey was busy with many tours that day. This is the first time with Viator that I have had NO follow up/contact from tour guide and sadly disappointed. Historically we have had great Viator tours and tour guides are awesome and very flexible with us as travelers t new countries and anywhere! To name a few , we used Viator in Dublin, Rome and Barbados plus food tours in the US. My request please contact JS tours about their process and perhaps remove them from your list. Thanks for listening Merrie Jo
