Great afternoon out with the family. Will take them again. Kids are big Harry Potter fans and we really enjoyed.
I booked this experience through Viator because it advertised more than just transportation and entry tickets. The description stated that we would be able to watch a Harry Potter movie during the ride to the studio, but our bus had no screens and no WiFi, so none of those advertised features were available. Instead, all we received was transportation to and from the studio and the admission tickets. Considering the price we paid, we would have been better off arranging our own transportation and purchasing the tickets separately. The trip itself was also disappointing. Our driver on the way to the studio drove very erratically, which made the journey uncomfortable and, at times, frightening. The bus was also quite hot, making the ride even less enjoyable. Overall, the studio itself was wonderful and would definitely recommend, but the transportation package did not deliver what was advertised. I was disappointed because I specifically chose this option for the promised experience, and it simply wasn't provided.
The whole group enjoyed the interactive experience of the Harry Potter Studio; even my husband who had never seen the movies. Love the activities within the studio that you can participate in as well as the unlimited photos you can take (after the first room).
The coach was running late. They gave us extra time to enjoy our visit to the studio. The Harry Potter experience was amazing. I highly recommended it to all.
The studio tour itself was amazing and beautifully presented, with real sets from the films. It was very enjoyable and exciting to see the behind-the-scenes work from such an iconic movie series. However, regarding the transport, the experience was very disappointing. The bus was extremely uncomfortable, especially the seats, and the driver did not turn on the air conditioning. As a result, the journey there and back was very hot and unpleasant. In addition, the bus was more than 20 minutes late to pick us up back to London! I also did not understand what was supposed to be “superior” about this bus. It appeared to be a standard double-decker bus, and unfortunately the overall transport experience did not match the quality of the studio tour itself.

This was absolutely amazing. I am a huge Potter fan and have dreamed of visiting this since it opened. It exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have was the tour guide/bus was late due to traffic(totally not their fault) so we lost time while at the actual tour. But honestly was amazing.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear the experience exceeded your expectations as a Harry Potter fan. We appreciate your understanding regarding the traffic delay, and although it slightly reduced your time at the studios, we're pleased to know it didn't take away from what was such a memorable visit. We hope to welcome you back on another Evan Evans experience soon. Kind regards, Evan Evans
Fun to see behind the scenes of Harry Potter! We frequent universal Orlando so I was unsure if it would be worth it since they have so much HP stuff. It was very worth it! Could use a little more time if you want to learn more about the process vs just see the sets.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed going behind the scenes of the Harry Potter films and found the experience worthwhile, even as a fan of the attractions in Orlando. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the time available to explore and will be sure to share it with our team. We hope to welcome you back again soon. Kind regards, Evan Evans
Very beautiful place to visit I would recommend for everyone feel like a chil when you go on the rides
Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your visit and found it to be such a beautiful place to experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again for another memorable day out. Kind regards, Evan Evans
This tour is ideal for doing the Harry Potter studio tours. You are conveniently brought to and from the studios and you get a wristband with the time of pickup back to London written on the wristband. The tour of the studios takes longer than you would expect. You see props from the Harry Potter films during the tour, and you can also learn about other features of the films, such as sound effects and special effects. If there is one criticism to be made, it is that I felt there was too much time given at the attraction. If the time was one hour shorter, I could see the attraction, and still have plenty of time to get lunch
Dear Guests, Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re pleased to hear that the Harry Potter Studio transfer was convenient and well organised, and that the wristband pick-up time helped make the return journey clear. It’s wonderful to know that you enjoyed seeing the props and learning more about the film-making features. We also appreciate your feedback about the amount of time at the attraction and will share this with our team. Kind regards, Evan Evans
I enjoyed the studio tour itself, but I was disappointed with the coach journey. I felt uncomfortable because I was asked not to talk on my phone and was expected to remain very quiet during the trip. I understand the need to be considerate of other passengers, but the way it was handled negatively affected the experience for me.
