Gail was a fantastic tour guide on our downtown Cleveland tour. She has a myriad of knowledge paired with a laid back, yet professional approach to the tour. I learned so much even though I have lived in the Cleveland area for 20+ years. I would highly recommend this tour company and request Gail if you can!
Being a lifelong East Sider, I welcomed the opportunity to better understand how the City of Cleveland has evolved! Gail is not only knowledgeable about the city's rich history, but she also incorporated many facts about architecture, culture, government, etc.
Gail was absolutely wonderful. The route hit all the major spots of the downtown area. About 2.5 hours.
Thank you!
Gail was a wonderful guide. Tour was about 2.5 hours. Sundays and holidays limits the buildings you can go into.
Thanks and glad you enjoyed it!
we had a wonderful time, thank you. Guide was informed, interested in the material and insightful. We had a great time
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
Wow! Cleveland has preserved its history as the city has changed over the decades. Gail, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable as she walked us through downtown Cleveland around the Public Square area. It was a lovely day and we were able to wander through Terminal Tower, the Cleveland Hotel and many other historic sites. I appreciated Gail’s walking pace (not too fast!) and the numerous historical facts and stories that she shared about Cleveland. Thanks for an informative and fun walk.
Thanks for the feedback!
If you are looking for the best walking tour in Cleveland, ask for Gail! We just finished a tour with her and it was truly a highlight of our trip. Gail is incredibly knowledgeable about Cleveland's history, but she brings it to life with incredible stories rather than just reciting facts. She is super patient, answers every question thoroughly, and has a great sense of humor. She tailored the pace to our group, ensuring we didn't miss anything special. Her passion for Cleveland is obvious and infectious. Highly recommend!!
Gail did a great job in showing us around downtown Cleveland. She had so much knowledge of the Cleveland area and brought up so many fun facts. Loved the arcade buildings and the bank that is now a grocery store.
Very nice guide and knowledgeable, the tour is very interesting, I recommand it ....................
"Steve", a native Clevelander, not only told us about the history of the buildings and the area, but he showed us hidden treasures behind the doors of many ornate buildings. Great tour!
