You can learn about interesting stuff you're unlikely to be aware of otherwise and because you're in a group sometimes other people ask questions you might not think of.
Juan was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and interacted well with group. He provided the right amount of information.
Our guide Geza was very knowledgeable and informative
Our guide was excellent and very informative and helpful. We have used viator before with a guide in Paris and it was excellent also.
Never seen such a committed passionate tour guide !Thanks Rebecca for the wonderful experience!👏👏🍾🍾
Very affordable. Nice experience and interesting information about the city.
Karoly was very pleasant. When I spoke to him in between stops he told me extra information. It was a very interesting and informative tour. He is very knowledgable and the things I learnt, I would have missed out on if I didn’t do this tour as it is a different type of information than on the bus tour.
Fantastic knowledge and history of the area , beautiful buildings, gorgeous streets full of history and an amazing trip
I suppose it was ok especially since it was priced very reasonably. Our guide provided some info and facts on the way but having been on other similar walks in other places, I have to say that the tour was not something special. To be fair, the weather conditions were not the best on the day as it was rather windy and hence quite cold so I'll just give it the benefit of the doubt...
We stayed with the tour for approximately 40 minutes but left as there was too many people in the group which made it difficult to hear the guide. Disappointed as trip description states maximum number of 20 people, I counted 36.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations and that the large group size made it difficult to hear the guide. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the tour description states a maximum group size. Your visit took place during the high season in Budapest, at the end of the year around Christmas and New Year’s, when the city experiences exceptionally high visitor numbers. That said, this should not negatively impact the quality of the experience, and we regret that in this case it did. We are reviewing what happened on that specific tour to ensure that group size limits are respected more strictly in the future, even during peak periods. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry that you didn’t get to enjoy the tour as intended. Kind regards, Luna Walking Tours
