The itinerary is not...

The itinerary is not clear, the pick-up point is in the same Monastery. But when you buy the tour, it just says a local address. Nothing, we lost the tour. The girl tried to accommodate us, but it didn't match our itinerary.

Sin embargo nos sorprende porque hemos comprobado que en el sistema se muestra la dirección correcta del Monasterio, que efectivamente es el punto de encuentro. También intentamos localizarla por teléfono y Whatsapp cuando vimos que no llegaba, pero sin éxito. Cuando supimos de usted ya había pasado una hora e intentamos ofrecerle la primera fecha disponible pero, como usted misma ha dicho, ya no encajaba con las fechas de su viaje. Lamentamos que no pudiera disfrutar de la actividad a pesar de haber hecho lo posible por que pudiera hacerlo. Esperamos que pueda conocer este bello monumento en otra ocasión.

Tour of El Escorial

Excellent tour in El Escorial! Débora was a fantastic guide: very friendly, passionate and with a great knowledge of history. Their explanations were clear and entertaining, making the tour really interesting and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
