Escape Marrakech to the Atlas mountains to see stunning landscapes and some of the most beautiful rivers, mountains, and waterfalls in Morocco. On this tour, we will enjoy the drive to Imlil Valley with the opportunity to visit the magical Anima gardens where nature & art meet. Along the journey, we will get to learn about the culture in the region of Ourika with a stop at one of the Berber villages.
After about 30 minutes drive we will reach Anima gardens a place with hundreds of botanical influences from around the world blended together with artworks by Picasso, Haring, Rodin and more! After that, we will enjoy the nice drive through the valley of Asni for another 30 minutes until we arrive at the village of Ait Souka. There you will have the opportunity to visit a Berber house and learn about the way people live in the region of Mizan Valley and the Atlas mountains.
Then, we go for a tasty lunch in a Beber family House. On the way back to Marrakech you will have the opportunity to stop in A Berber cooperative to learn how they're making the Argan products before we head back to Marrakech(Optional).

No one came in the hotel to pick us. So I wasted my time. I informed Viator and ask for refund but no response yet.
An exciting trip with Jamal as our guide. We got to se the Anima garden, as well as visiting a local market and a women’s cooperative. We ended the day with a hike to a beautiful waterfall and dinner at Jamal’s grandparents’ house. Jamal was a very good guide and able to tell a lot about the local community and was very eager to help. This was a 10/10 experience with a lot of great views.
The first part of the trip has two options. You either go with the guid to have a camel experience, which i heard was very good. Or you are brought to the Anima garden to explore the garden yourself. The chauffeur waits and brings you back to the company that stayed for the camel experience. Then the tour continues to Imlil. The Anima garden is very interesting especially if you are into nature and art. One our is just enough time to explore the garden. Too short for lunch but this is not necessary because this trip is including water, lunch and tea. From there we went with the group towards Imlil. With the wonderful guide Ibrahim. His family home is just above Imlil and this is where we had a very tasty lunch at their colourful terras. The walk, partly up the mountain then mostly downhill, towards the waterfall was really magical. I had the best of times. Ibrahim is a informative and entertaining guide, actually he is more a welcoming host. I highly recommend a trip with Marrakechexperiences, and will definitely book with them a trip next time I visit Marokko.
