Did you know that the first Europeans to arrive in India were the Portuguese? Come discover through flavors how two continents became intertwined forever.
We'll indulge in Nepal's culinary tradition, renowned for its fresh aromas and stylish cocktails. Let's just say Portuguese missionaries never imagined these kinds of consequences.
We bet you didn't know that the spiciness in Korean food actually comes from the Americas, and it was the Portuguese who made the connection. Let's enjoy Korean delights like crispy fried chicken while learning this incredible story of ingredients that travel around the world.
But if there was an ultimate destination for Portuguese voyages, it was India. Let's discover why through its gastronomy and how Iberian seasoning made its way there, which you can find in one of the most famous Indian curries.
Of course, we will take a digestion break at a fantastic viewpoint, where we will enjoy the sunset with panoramic views of the city and the Tagus River, through which ships brought curiosities from around the world to Europe. This will be a perfect moment for you to take your best photos.
China cannot be left out, so we will take you to taste authentic Chinese street food at a secret location in Lisbon. You will also unravel the secret route to Portuguese treats in China so you don't have to live off egg fried rice alone when you go there.
But Lisbon was also a Muslim territory for centuries, and it's precisely in the Mouraria neighborhood where we will conclude our culinary journey with the sweetness of Bangladeshi desserts.

Awesome experience! The guide really knows his stuff. He’s a local guy and speaks mandarin - the tour really encompasses a plethora of Asian dishes cooked by natives. Being local myself , I gained a lot of references to go back to . Thanks , Mathieu :)
Lisbon is a city swarming with low quality prepaid tasteless tours, however, this tour was the opposite. The guide was great, took us on a different perspective of the town, showing us the original DNA of a city which was once the biggest port in the world, open to a diversified pot of cultures. Definitely recommend it.
Great food tour with Mathieu! Had an awesome time. Mathieu was a great guide, super chill and gave us some cool insights about the food, the city, and its history. The places we visited were awesome, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend it if you want to try something different in Lisbon!
I gave it 2 stars, because it didn't happen. We were waiting for the spot, but nobody came. One friendly man from the hotel, where you had to wait, helped us with calling, to the tour operator. The Guide was unable to do the tour and had indicated this to the organization. Only it hadn't been communicated to us. We then had a drink on the rooftop of the hotel and went for dinner at a restaurant nearby, which our tuk tuk Guide had recommended. Good food!
