They picked us up at the hotel on time. A cautious and friendly driver (Naser) took us to Kan Kalili, giving us a tour of Old Cairo beforehand. The agency (Eman) kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, and when we finished the tour, they called the driver to pick us up at the agreed point. We had a great time, and the agency is very reliable and has a very good price. Highly recommended.
