Dive into the outstanding waters during our Private VIP 2-hour snorkeling trip in a totally safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip on board of a brand new Private Glass Bottom Boat while drinking soft drinks, purified water and beer (after snorkeling) included in the trip. Visit three breathtaking shallow reefs located a few minutes boat ride from our Cozumel departure point, escorted by a friendly and bilingual guide. A brand new snorkeling tube, free to take home, will be provided along with the entire snorkel gear. Morning or afternoon departure times available.

This reef is normally our first stop, it´s located at only few minutes from the starting point and their will be a photographer in case you like it to buy under water photos from them at the end of your tour.
Paraiso reef is divided in two parts Shallow Paraiso and Deep Paraiso, this normaly are the second and third reefs we visit and also the distance to thems is short so thats why this 2 hours activity gives you pleanty of time to snorkel

Neither VIP nor great. They Outsource that tours to a third party vendor so you basically get whomever is available to take you and don't know if you're getting a good or bad group. In my case I got a not great operator, shark adventures. The boat itself was fine. The food was fine. The places that we went to were great but could have literally gone with anybody because everybody goes to the same places. Easy to find. When I checked in I had my money and they told me I owe them more than what was stated in my reservation. Argued with me and didn't seem to understand that I'm fluent in Spanish until he started to talk smack about me and I called him out on it. They tried to shake me down for more because apparently the reef fee is an arbitrary amount that actually doesn't go to anything on the reef. When I finally pulled up my email and showed them this is the written amount I owe you they through the overpayment money back at me and just took me to the boat and didn't say another word. Our boat driver was really nice and very personable. The guide not so much. Basically ignored the Americans and Europeans and only interacted with the native Spanish speakers who happen to be locals. The only time he acknowledged our existence was at the end of the trip when he noted that tips are appreciated though not required and said it pointedly at us because he knows that foreigners tip and locals do not. Interestingly he ignored us and was downright rude to all of us the entire trip. Although I was traveling solo, the other two couples that were with us said the same thing. Literally didn't offer to take any of our pictures like you did with the other people, when we asked for drinks we were ignored, and just overall not being nice person to deal with. His name was emiliano. As far as the glass bottom it was a strip on the boat that they used as a storage place and a trash receptacle. So even if you wanted to look down to see something you couldn't. It also is advertise you got to take your snorkel with you. No big deal, but they were grabbed from us the second we finished our last snorkel. The trip is literally the same as everybody else's so suggest you find one that is a little less expensive and go with them because you're booking directly with the operator. This is just a booking company and you have no ability to determine who you're actually doing business with you may get somebody good, or an like in my case, you may get somebody not good
Had fun snorkeling however I received a blank disc with no memories. This would have been a five star experience but receiving a blank disc is unacceptable.

We no longer work with CDs, as it has been several years since we transitioned to email attachments for photo delivery. Additionally, the photographer is an independent contractor and not an employee of our company. To proceed, please reach out to us with any available receipts or documentation related to your reservation so we can verify the details and offer compensation for this unfortunate mistake. WOW! Do not skip out on this one, my friends and I booked a guide our first day in Mexico in the spur of the moment and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! Our guides Juan, Santiago, and a few more were so kind, helpful, and hilarious! They provided ice-cold beer, water, and juice and had us laughing the whole time. This was our very first time snorkeling and they made it very simple and we all felt so safe! One of my friends isn't a strong swimmer and had a slight fear of water, but our guides made her feel so comfortable and she ended up having a blast saying she needs to do it again! we were so grateful for this experience and so happy we chose them! I booked the "glass bottom boat" snorkeling tour on "Cubana" in Cozumel as an Airbnb experience. I was disappointed when I saw that the boat did not have a glass bottom, but only a small window in the middle of the boat. To see anything, you had to go to the middle of the boat to look over a partition into the window. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the tour operator and requested a refund. They declined the refund, and they advised me to "investigate more thoroughly before booking" next time.

We stayed at an all inclusive hotel and heard horror stories about a few of the tour groups. My wife and I were a bit nervous having booked this tour prior to leaving for Cozumel. Captain Carlos, "Snorkel-Master" Julian, and paparazzi Juan quickly put our minds at ease. It was an amazing time for the whole family, and now both of our kids (8, 5) want to learn how to scuba dive so they can "stay down longer". 5 stars isn't enough.

Honestly, all boats should have glass bottoms— the sights in this trip were beautiful and I didn’t even have to get salt water up my nose to appreciate them! Also the guides were super chill. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a last minute change of plans and were lucky enough to find Braulio! After giving us a nice tour of town (with lots of photo opportunities!) we were lead to a resort where the boat met us at the doc. We were offered yummy drinks and everyone was extremely kind, especially after one of my friends got seasick. The fish were amazing, and it was great to see the natural and artificial reefs, one spot even had little jellyfish! Overall, it was a fantastic experience :)

Julian was a wonderful tour guide and took very good care of us and made sure we seen beautiful fish and told us information about the coral reef. Carrie assisted and the Capitan Carolina made sure we had a perfect experience! We can’t recommend this company enough. This is our 11th time to Cozumel and it was very joyous. They got us back to our cruise ship safe and sound! Thank you
