We loved this introduction to Vienna. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the locations and history. We really appreciated the do's and the don'ts because this can make the difference between a great vacation! Thank you so much!!!
Anna is cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible with our desires. Sacher Cake is delicious.
Anja was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the sites in Vienna and was able to answer our questions. She even suggested other experiences to check out while we were there. The length of the tour was perfect.
First, our tour guide was a fine young man. Very personable and likable fellow. However, he knew very little about the history of the few areas we visited. The tour was more like a walk in the city while chatting with a local. Not much history. Our experience was a poor value for what we received. Maybe there is a way to request a knowledgeable tour guide?
Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the guide. We are sorry the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, it was an exceptionally hot day and the guide was not feeling well, but he still made every effort to deliver the tour as professionally as possible. He is one of our experienced and highly rated guides, and we regret that this particular day did not reflect the quality he normally provides.
Although the guide had good knowledge, it felt like an improvised tour without a clear storyline or context. It was like taking us to different places, sharing facts about them without providing context, significance, or connections, etc. For the price paid, I would not recommend it.
I had a great time walking around and seeing some of the more well known areas as well as the not so known ones. Blanca was very nice and knowledgeable!
I recommend this tour if you’d like to get a quick understanding of Vienna’s history and a lay of the land (so to speak). Anna shared her wonderful knowledge with humor and wit. You won’t spend a long time at each stop but it’s a great way to see a lot in a little amount of time. Later, you can go back and visit those locations on your own with the knowledge Anna has passed on to you. Thank you, Anna!
Very comprehensive and friendly. We saw many famous buildings. We also heard their historical significance with many interesting details.
Our tour guide Anna was great! She showed us through the city and shared many historical insights. She was very personable and made our two hours with her a very fun excursion.
We saw a lot of Vienna with our knowledgeable guide.
