It's nice the garden but I visited in early spring time it still looked like winter, there was a lot of color that maybe other species could adapt while the garden really is as seen in the photos
The tour was almost completely in Chinese for some reason. The tour guide forced us to write a good review. Very bothersome.
Thank you for bringing these serious concerns to our attention. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the experience you described. We are deeply concerned to hear that the tour was conducted primarily in Chinese, and especially that you felt pressured by the guide to write a positive review. The issues you raised regarding language provision and guide conduct will be addressed immediately with the team involved. We truly regret that this incident has marred your experience. Your feedback is crucial in helping us uphold our service standards. If you are willing, we would appreciate it if you could contact us at qc@uvbookings.com with more specific details (such as the order number) to assist in our investigation. Thank you again for your honesty.
It ran smoothly and efficiently with Kim as the trip guide. She let us know ahead of time the plan and what to expect. We were able to cover a lot of places. She was very accommodating and very informative.

Trip was ok but guide is not good totally speek in Chinese language I don’t understand any thing in my future never make any booking with you sorry!
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We are an international tour company and may have some tours with guests from Asia. This is a bilingual tour, with guides speaking both languages. Sometimes Chinese sounds longer/more complicated than English. But we can guarantee that he explained everything 50-50 and 50-50. We are sorry for the negative experience, nonetheless.
The tour themselves was good. But I was surprised, that the driver came before we back in Vancouver and wanted to have a service charge from 15 Candian dollar. Ok I am a German and I know that the tips in North America really bigger than in Germany. The driver told me its not the tip. So what was it? I didnt give hin another tip, because I was angry about the situation.
The 15 Canadian dollars is a service fee, which is clearly disclosed in the itinerary.Tips are an additional fee and are voluntary and based on your satisfaction with the guide's service. If you feel that your guide has done his or her job throughout the trip and helped you have a pleasant and memorable trip, it is also reasonable to tip appropriately.
Great experience.. tour guide Kim was very good… kept us very comfortable and well informed. She was very helpful
The ferry was excellent but the day tour with C Tours was terrible as our guide spoke mainly in Chinese and we felt left out ☹️
Visiting Victoria & Butchart Garden was awesome. The ferry ride in between the Islands of Vancouver was beautiful.
Kim had been a good narrator in the trip juggling many languages in the trip. I will surely recommend Kim as a good guide for Vancouver trips!
