Departure from downtown Vancouver on the way to Whistler!
Your amazement will continue as you soar above the clouds on North America's largst aerial tramway, the Grouse Mountain Skyride. The tram will whisk you to the top of the mountain with breathtaking views of the city of Vancouver, the vast Pacific Ocean, and the towering mountains that provide the backdrop to the most memorable selfies you will take!
The trek along the Capilano Suspension Bridge will afford you an unforgettable perspective. Enjoy activities such as the Cliffwalk and Treektrek and of course the main attraction of the bridge itself! (Treektrek will be going under maintenance between Feb 5 to May 31, 2024. The rest of the park will remain available for exploration).
First stop is at Capilano River Hatchery to witness the majesty of salmon leaping up the river on their way to their annual spawning beds.

Fabulous day out we all really enjoyed the experience.
A good way to tour some of the popular places in Vancouver; my family enjoyed the gondola ride and the lift chair to the top of the Geouse mountain; Simon the tour guide/driver was great; the only negative side of this experience was being on the tour with people who couldn't follow the directions, causing a delay for the whole group.

Was a great tour with our driver Andrea, she was knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly. The tour itself was great , just the right amount of time at each place but if I'm honest the salmon catchery at the end was probably unnecessary, beautiful spot but it seemed everyone on the tour had enough walking around by then .

Our tour started out a little slow! We waited 20 minutes at one of the pick up hotels for guest that never arrived; the driver kept saying they’re on their way. They never showed. Once we arrived at the location to leave for the tour our host Jessica was amazing.!! She shared lots of information about Vancouver and the sites we would see along the tour. My only complaint would be that other guests on the tour should be respectful of time. Again, we had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for a family that did not show up at the designated departure time.

We decided to go with the tour instead of on our own so as to avoid the drive in traffic and the lines at the attractions. Just based on that it was worth the money and others on our tour felt the same way. The weather was off and on rain which was not ideal but did not ruin the day. Dave our tour guide was GREAT and made the trip more fun than I would have expected. The activities on Grouse Mountain would be perfect for children and we saw a couple as young as maybe 6 that were having a very exciting time of it.

This was a really great way to spend the day in Vancouver, we had a late flight so we took this tour instead of sitting at the airport all day, Grouse mountain had beautiful views and lots of activities with 3 hours to spend there, next up was the Capilano suspended bridge park, so much fun exploring there with the treetop bridges and cliff walk! If you have the time this is a must do excursion, highly recommended!
